Es ist schon wie "Urlaub bei Freunden "
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist für meine Frau und mich ausreichend.
Zimmer sind sehr schön, Größe passt sehr gut.
Den Strand haben wir diesmal nicht benutzt

Olaszos hangulat
Pros:

Igazi olaszos hangulat, mind a szállás, mind a kedves és sokoldalú személyzet részéről. Parkolás helyben, díj ellenében megoldható, szombaton az utca piaccá alakul (ruhák, bőráruk, gyümölcsök). A strand és a központ is sétatávolságra. A reggeli gazdag, napközben csendes koktélozási és kávézási lehetőség, a közeli étteremben kedvezmény, egy sarokra Spar, gyógyszertár.

Soggiorno rilassante e piacevole
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la camera ampia e con tanto spazio per sistemare i vestiti e gli oggetti personali. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione era molto buona e abbondante.

Cons:

Il bagno era un pò piccolo ma non è stato assolutamente un problema.

Good place for a vacation
Pros:

Nice staff, good location(300m to the beach and 800m to main walking area in Grado), good breakfast, very clean, big room, small desk in room good for a laptop, big balcony, fridge in the room even if would be better to cool a bit more, Despar mini-market at 50m with everything you need even cocked food.

Cons:

Not a big problem but you will be asked to leave the car key at the reception because the cars parked inside courtyard block each other so sometimes one-two cars need to be moved to get other car out. Anyway the lady who move the cars is a very good driver(I saw her doing very well a side-parking in a narrow place where the car owner, a man, did not managed :) )

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Nettes Personal, Zimmer komfortabel und sauber. Nähe zum Strand (ca. 5 Min), zur Altstadt ca. 20 Min.

Cons:

Parkplatz sehr klein, beim Wegfahren müssen Autos umgestellt werden. Hat aber gut funktioniert, der Autoschlüssel wird an der Rezeption abgegeben, damit die Autos eben umgestellt werden können

Schöne Tage, tolle Lage, super nettes Personal und der Hund war willkommen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist für Hundebesitzer außergwewöhnlich, unser Hund war noch nie so ein gern gesehener Gast, wie in diesem Hotel. Unser Frühstückstisch wurde uns draußen eher Abseits zugewiesen, dadurch hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit unseren Hunde zum Frühstück mit zu nehmen. Das Frühstück war super, viel Auswahl und es war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war ebenfalls stehts bemüht und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wenn man mit Hund reist, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, denn auch von der Lage zu Hundestrand ist es optimal, denn in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Stand. Zusammengefasst, super Hotel, mit super Personal und unser Hund war ein gern gesehener Gast.
