The staff was super nice and attentive.
Breakfast was good.
The swimming pool and terrace were comfortable and had shade areas.
The food to eat next to the pool comes from outside the hotel and it is also really good and fast.
The hotel is not in the centre of Goreme but it's less than 5 min walk which is great to rest and to be close to everything.
Our room had some trash under the beds on arrival and the cleaning team took care of it the next morning
The rooms are old so there are no outlets near the bed, we had to disconnect the minibar and the TV to charge our phones.

No me gustó que el traslado que ellos proveen te cobre 5 euros (por persona, por tramo) más que a lo de los demás hoteles x El resto todo muy bien.

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. While the location is within easy walking distance to the main attractions in central Göreme, it is in a quiet neighborhood. Before our arrival the staff provided regular communications to make sure that all questions had been answered. Upon arrival, checkin was fast and efficient. And during our stay, they were helpful and attentive. Several other bonus points: 1) the hotel encloses a lovely courtyard; 2) the included breakfast was very good and contained a variety of offerings; 3) they provide same-day laundry service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property and if (when?) I come back to Cappadocia I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Wonderful family room, though extra toilet is sometimes a must. Great balcony for hot air Balloon photos. Easy access to main street restaurant's. Breakfast was my favourite of our trip.

A perfect stay, unfortunately the pool was too cold in late may but cappadocia is once in a lifetime experience and our room enhanced it
The water was a bit inconsistent regarding temperature but honestly not all that major
