Pros:

Es war günstig. Es ist mehr eine Monteurunterkunft mit Selbstcheck in. Das Doppelzimmer war groß einigermaßen sauber und für den Preis war es ok.

Cons:

Keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort nur eine Dame die sich dort auskennt, war aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Es stank in dem Zimmer. Keine Rauchmelder (!) Kissen Schmutzig. In dem Kissen haftete Körpergeruch, da hat bestimmt jemand gelegen bevor ich da war und evtl. haben die ganze Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Ich bin am nächsten Tag abgereist. Die Tür hatte ein Sicherheitsschloß aber der war gebrochen, als ob jemand versucht hätte die Tür aufzubrechen

Ein insgesamt sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit erheblichen Mängeln, unprofessionellem Verhalten des Personals und kein

Leider gab es aus meiner Sicht nichts Positives zu diesem Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers, insbesondere des Badezimmers, war absolut inakzeptabel. Die Bodenfliesen waren großflächig beschädigt, locker und teilweise gebrochen, sodass eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Eine sichere Nutzung des Badezimmers, z. B. zum Duschen, war nicht möglich.

Zusätzlich hat das Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl dies nicht erwartet oder angegeben war.

Der Umgang des Personals war ebenfalls äußerst problematisch. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir weder geholfen noch ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten. Stattdessen wurde ich unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Besonders kritisch ist, dass die Unterkunft gegenüber Booking.com behauptet hat, mir sei ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt worden – das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit.

Darüber hinaus war es die ganze Zeit sehr laut, wodurch der Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt wurde. Auch eine angegebene Küche war nicht nutzbar, da diese verschlossen war.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den grundlegenden Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft, selbst im günstigen Preissegment.

Katastrophal!

Cons:

Verdreckte Zimmer, Ratten im Zimmer, kaputte Lattenroste - Schwarzschimmel im Bad - Boden der sich löst, Dreck auf dem Boden - Staub an der Heizung, zudem noch Ameisen im Bad.

Very bad experience – not recommended
I am not someone who عادة writes reviews, but this experience was too much. The hotel did not send me the self check-in code on time, and I had to wait outside the door for a long time. When I finally received a code, it was incorrect and there were no keys available, so I had to wait again.
The staff did not respond either on Booking or to phone calls, which is very unprofessional and stressful for a guest.
The room was not as shown in the Booking photos – it appeared damaged and was not clean. For check-out, there were no instructions provided, and again, no response when I tried to call.
Overall, a complete lack of responsibility and organization. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
