Un solo bagno con acqua calda e lontano (spero solo momentaneo), alcune Finestrelle delle tende senza oscurante, mancanza di secchio spazzatura all’interno.

Paid for a SPA experience, but the hotel shut down all facilities to save money and refused a refund

The breakfast was very limited in choices, but the food itself was okay.

Cons:

We stayed here from April 5th to 11th. We specifically chose this hotel and booked a room in the main building because the use of the spa facilities (pool, sauna, and jacuzzi) was included in the price. This was a crucial factor for our family trip.
Unfortunately, after our first day, the hotel administration decided to completely shut down the entire spa center, presumably due to low hotel occupancy. The swimming pool was completely drained so our kids couldn't use it, the jacuzzi was turned off, and the sauna was shut down. (By the way, the sauna door was missing a handle anyway, making it impossible to close properly).
It is completely unacceptable! Even if there are very few guests in the hotel, you cannot just turn off the services that people have already paid for in their booking.
During our stay, we complained to the reception desk twice regarding this situation, but no action was taken. After our stay, we officially requested a partial refund for the lack of paid services, but the hotel management absolutely refused to do it.
Very poor customer service and unfair management. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.

La piccola spa è molto gradevole, lo chalet abbastanza ben tenuto. I panorami molto belli della zona.

Cons:

La colazione al bar per che è in campeggio risente a mio parere di una scarsa offerta, ed è un pò cara.

Il posto è meraviglioso, in una vallata sopra quasi alla cima della montagna. Stanze pulite e colazione essenziale ma buona. Area piscina coperta prenotabile un'ora al giorno, noi ce la siamo goduta da soli in famiglia ed è stato molto bello! Ottimo per vivere la vita all'aria aperta
