Could be better
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very very helpful. Their chef makes the best bbq pizza.

Cons:

Would you mind updating your website? It currently says that guests have access to three pool slides, even though they’ve been dismantled for several years. Also, I’m not sure there’s much point in displaying the Wi-Fi password in the room when there’s no Wi-Fi signal at all inside the rooms

For one night acceptable, but not for a holiday

The beach access is worth seeing
Pros:

We absolutely loved that the property had its own private beach access. Every day, I looked forward to walking down to the beach, sitting in the water with a cold beer, and soaking up the beautiful views..it was the perfect way to start and end the day. The location was also fantastic. The entrance to the property is just a 5 minute walk from the gas station, Grace Road Supermarket and Restaurant, and only a short drive to Sigatoka Town, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful beachfront escape.

Cons:

The property is in a fantastic, prime location, and the private beach was the main reason we chose to stay here for three days. It truly exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip.

That said, the property would benefit from a little TLC and general maintenance. The shower grout could use a thorough clean, there were stains on the toilet seat, and some of the paint is peeling in the bedroom and around the front desk area. We also noticed several pool tiles had come loose and were sitting on the bottom of both the children's and adult pools. These issues didn't significantly affect our stay, but they are worth addressing. The hot water in the shower took around five minutes to come through, and whenever someone else in the property used a shower, the water pressure dropped and the water turned cold almost immediately.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the incredible beach access and convenient location. With a few maintenance updates, this property could easily provide an even better guest experience.

Disappointing stay. The property definitely needs upgrading.

Rooms were very smelly
No blankets at the facility
No hand towels in the room
Cockroach found on bed and small table in room
Poor shower drainage as shower got flooded with water every time one took a shower
No iron and ironing board in the room
No teaspoon in the room to make a hot beverage
Chairs and table in the balcony had bird faces all over them

They don’t provide additional towels without interrogations of how many people are in the room.

Cons:

we tried calling the resort ahead of our stay but the incorrect phone number was provided online. we booked a room with a balcony and ocean view, upon check in they tried to put us in a garden view on the lower floor. once in the room there were ants throughout and in the sink. the phones and wifi in the room didn’t work. the chef never showed up so the restaurant was closed for dinner and lunch with no alternatives offered. all of the above and other issues were raised with reception who then notified management but nobody bothered to come see us or cal to follow up.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant dont les parties communes sont mal entretenues. Un bâtiment unique regroupe les chambres qui n’ont pas de vue directe sur la mer ; celle-ci est obturée par le restaurant et le local technique de la piscine. La plage n’est pas accueillante !
