Cons:

Restaurant out of things for morning breakfast
They don’t provide additional towels without interrogations of how many people are in the room.
Doors don’t work they use weird keys.
Some rooms smell like a sewer line.

Pros:

All the staff were fantastic. The room was big and comfy, clean and well presented. We really liked this place and it was good value - better than most places we've stayed.

Few little repairs needed like pool tiles - all cosmetic things.

majority of the staff were friendly

Cons:

we tried calling the resort ahead of our stay but the incorrect phone number was provided online. we booked a room with a balcony and ocean view, upon check in they tried to put us in a garden view on the lower floor. once in the room there were ants throughout and in the sink. the phones and wifi in the room didn’t work. the chef never showed up so the restaurant was closed for dinner and lunch with no alternatives offered. all of the above and other issues were raised with reception who then notified management but nobody bothered to come see us or cal to follow up.

Loin d’être un Resort.
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant dont les parties communes sont mal entretenues. Un bâtiment unique regroupe les chambres qui n’ont pas de vue directe sur la mer ; celle-ci est obturée par le restaurant et le local technique de la piscine. La plage n’est pas accueillante !

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. The included breakfast was also substantial - scrambled eggs, toast, preserves, fruit & coffee/juice.

Cons:

Our room had a very strong odour of cat urine. We arrived late in the evening and it was the first thing I noticed when we entered the room. I shouldve asked for another room if it wasnt so late as the smell was almost unbearable overnight. Also the sheets were too small for the beds and left mattress exposed. We were told the breakfast was from 7-10am so travelling with kids we were there at 7am. The restaurant was completely closed and we couldnt find anyone until 7.30am. Also the pool doesnt open till 9am so just not the right fit for our family travelling with a 6 & 8yr old.
The road to the resort is extremely rough and full of deep potholes.

We had a very pleadant time.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.
Location was excellent.
Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village .

Cons:

Wifi should have been working.
The phone wasn't working.

Not as expected
Pros:

Near to the beach..can hear the surf especially in the quiet of early mornings. The only plus in our view!

Cons:

Algae in swimming pool, noise throughout the day from handy work, getting there from main road was bumpy. Receptionist had dual jobs - checkins and taking each guest to rooms (long waiting time). Breakfast served with items missing. Had to request for extra towels although guest#s provided on booking. Wifi slow n not that great.. we mostly used our mobile data! No fan in the bathroom to let out steam! Roach n wasp (black n white) found in the room. Found tissue paper under one of the bed covers.
