Pros:

There was beautifully scenic out of the window. The facilities provided were great.The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

There is nowhere to park while you check-in. The explanation about finding your way to the carpark was confusing. The shower was a fun size but there was visible mould on the grouting behind the taps.

Good quality modern hotel with room service
Pros:

Great location with good access to trams. Liked the restaurant on-site & room service was a bonus as we’d just flown in from Gold Coast & wanted to relax in the room.

Restful and lovely helpful staff,treating one as an individual and not just a number.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise and lovely selection.Best eggs ever.

Cons:

Wouldn't say better but found the air conditioning a challenge.Was cold the first 2 nights.Usually used to air conditioning kicking in but took ages to warm room and it seemed to not reach maximum.It did not spoil my stay though.
