The location is absolutely wonderful. We hesitated a lot between staying here and choosing somewhere right next to Sigiriya Rock, but honestly, being so close isn’t necessary at all. There are plenty of tuk-tuks available to get around, and in the end, it’s actually so nice to stay in this peaceful little haven, very well connected and still very close to everything, but away from the constant flow of people around the Rock.

The place is exactly like in the pictures, if not even better! It is quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature, with little touches everywhere that make it feel really welcoming and charming. The swimming pool is clean and very pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They are always available, kind and genuinely helpful, and you really feel comfortable and at home here. They take the time to ask about your itinerary, give you advice, and whenever we had a free afternoon, they would suggest excursions depending on what we wanted to do and our time constraints. They were able to arrange everything for us at very competitive prices.

They were especially accommodating when we arrived very early, well before check-in. We were able to have a lovely breakfast, then head to Lion Rock before 8am and enjoy it almost completely alone. We came back afterwards, relaxed by the pool, and our room was ready by the time we were done.

During our stay, we also visited the Dambulla Cave Temple and the local fruit and vegetable market, with a private jeep safari to Minneriya which were both great experiences and very easy to organise from the hotel. There are also several great little restaurants serving delicious, typical Sri Lankan food just a two-minute walk away, which is really convenient and makes the location even better.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is a calm, welcoming and genuinely lovely place, and we would highly recommend it!

L'accueil et l'hospitalité de l'hôte. Nous avons également pu réserver la Jeep pour le Safari directement à l'hôtel, c'était super.

L’emplacement et les commodités : restaurants, centre ville à proximité 100 m, l’accueil, la sympathie du personnel, la taille de la chambre, le confort de la literie, la variété du petit déjeuner, la piscine, le calme, un vrai havre de paix verdoyant, je recommande à 1000%

Chambres spacieuses avec décoration sobre. L emplacement au pied de la piscine dans un écran de verdure était très agréable . Excellent rapport qualité / prix

Perfect!

We stapten uit de kamer en waren meteen aan het heerlijke zwembad. Dat beviel erg goed. Het leek haast een privézwembad.
Het personeel heeft ons heel goed geholpen met informatie over de bus naar Nuwara Eliya.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms are really big, the garden and pool are stunning and peacefull. And the staff are so kind. The breakfast is the best we had in sri lanka. I can not recommend this hotel enough. I wished we could stay longer! Thank you Naleke and team for arraging a good driver and being so kind 🙏🏻

Struttura immersa nel verde, è tutto circondato da piante, fiori, sembra di stare in un giardino. Ottima colazione, ricchissima, quasi un pranzo e l'orario viene adattato se il mattino presto esci per le escursioni a Sigiriya rock. Staff giovane e molto simpatico. Camera molto grande e comoda, anche il bagno è molto spazioso e soprattutto con ripiani dove appoggiare le proprie cose. Nelle vicinanze ristorantini dove cenare.

Además, las atenciones de Raveen mediante la mensajería de Booking para preparar nuestra estancia también fueron óptimas.

Prachtige, rustige locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, het ontbijt was uitstekend en het het zwembad en de tuin was echt perfect – een van de beste die we tijdens onze reis in Sri Lanka hebben gehad.

We reisden met onze kinderen en vroegen 2 kamers naast elkaar. We kregen een volledige 1ste verdieping met een gigantisch balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad.
Het hotel en het zwembad waren het mooiste van onze 8 accommodaties die we in Sri Lanka hebben gedaan! Het is omgeven met tropische planten en 's avonds is het prachtig verlicht. Toen we een namiddag doorbrachten aan het zwembad, kwam het personeel spontaan vruchtensapjes brengen.
Tijdens ons verblijf van 3 dagen merkten we dat de sfeer onder het personeel enorm goed zit. Ze staan ook in voor een grapje, merkte onze zoon toen hij o.a. een watersproeier op zich kreeg toen hij in het zwembad speelde. :-) Het lijkt een vriendenbende van twintigers met een uitstekend verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, waardoor je ontspannen, zorgeloos en met een glimlach hier logeert.
De kamer en badkamer zijn heel ruim. Het grote bed was heerlijk om in te slapen.
Half pension is ons heel goed bevallen. Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid en gevarieerd. De ene dag kregen we pannenkoeken, een andere dag roti of hopper, ... We konden elke dag kiezen uit verschillende eiergerechten. De laatste dag kreeg onze dochter een chocoladetaart met een kaarsje op voor haar 15de verjaardag. Ze lieten ook haar lievelingsliedje spelen. Ook voor het diner hadden we veel keuze.

Nothing good except friendly supporting staff

Heel mooi en rustig gelegen, prachtige tuin en leuke zitplaats buiten aan je kamer. Ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid. Personeel supervriendelijke en heel behulpzaam! Een aanrader!

Chambre au calme, très grande et bien décorée. Lits très confortable.
Nous avons particulièrement aimé la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.
Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour organiser les déplacements vers les activités et transfert d’hôtels et la petit urgence que nous avons eu.
