Disappointing accessibility room
Pros:

Deco is well furnished, comfy and has a surprisingly good restaurant BUT if you have accessibility needs be aware that the only room you can get is a ‘2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit’. However what they don’t tell you is that the bathroom is actually an ensuite and so the second couple have to traipse through the bedroom of the person with accessibility issues to use the bathroom. Reception staff offered no compensation for this inconvenience and as Canberra was fully booked we couldn’t change hotels. Also, the second bedroom is very small with no shelf, drawers, hooks or hangers and no bathrobes like the main bedroom.

See above. Also, if you used a wheelchair, you would have to go into the bedroom and close the door to be able to get into the bathroom as the bathroom doorway is directly behind the bedroom door.

Everything. Room was very clean & cosy, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and efficient. Location close to everywhere we were going during our stay. We had a breakfast package included. Breakfast area was lovely & clean also & food options were great.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Phone reception is minimal indoors, but stepping outside gave better reception.

Definitely worth it!
Pros:

We overnighted here last year and were happy to repeat the stay again. We also dined in the restaurant which was excellent.

Cons:

First world problem……couldn’t dim the lights but achieved the mood with the table lamps.😆
