9.8
Service is consistently highlighted as very friendly and helpful (specific praise for staff and Killian, accommodating reception and room changes); multiple mentions of warm, attentive welcome.
Location
9.4
Location is repeatedly described as very convenient and close to Arcachon/basin; some initial concern about proximity to the highway was outweighed by easy access to local sites.

Rooms are often described as spacious, comfortable with good beds and pleasant decor; a few mentions of smaller rooms for some bookings and late housekeeping on one occasion.
Amenities

Pool (heated, pleasant sun loungers), bicycle rental and free parking are positives; minor negatives include no on-site restaurant, occasional pool closure reports, and lack of in-room hot-drink amenity in some family rooms.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, had a few different options and enough to keep you going. All fresh! Room was big enough for the 3 of us, but would have liked to have amenities to make a hot drink, however didn’t realise this wasn’t available in the family room we were given.

Pros:

Pros:

This hotel was a delight for what it is (2 star or whatever- basic), the pool was really nice, with great high quality sun loungers- the staff so helpful- especially Killian who gave us recommendations and helped charge our electric rental car. small room but clean and cheerful. we returned there in the same week cancelling a different hotel as we liked it so much!

Pros:

Super Unterkunft.

Pros:

When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back.
