Great place, great people. Great location
Overall it's a pretty decent hotel. As is typical with the brand they are very overpriced though, particularly the studio suites. The larger suites are more spacious, but even they're probably $20-30 more expensive than they need to be.
Would be understandable if they were the only game in town, but if you're willing to drive another 5 minutes or so you can find comparable quality at a much better value.
If the location of the hotel is preferred -it's kind of falls at the edge of what could be considered downtown Madison- or you just really like this chain then it's probably going to be fine, since you're used to overpaying.
Otherwise look elsewhere first before deciding to stay here. Again, it's not bad, not at all. You can just find better value nearby.
And to clarify, when I say value I don't just mean cheaper. I mean finding a better price while not having to really sacrifice on quality.
It was very clean and I love that you need a key card to come up to the room made me feel very secured!!
Every thing was wonderful nothing to not like !!
We always stay here when we go to Madison. The spacious suites are very comfortable. The breakfasts are good and there's plenty of choice. The swimming pool is a nice bonus.
We come here a couple of times a year and always have a room facing the car park and Macy's. It would be nice to have the other view next time, as that shows more of the Madison lakes. Also it is expensive to park the car.
Very helpful staff and big rooms.
More connectivity on TVs.
The smoke/carbon monoxide detector was in front of the bed and flashed all night… like in your face.
Appreciated the cable machines in addition to the rest of the gym! Also having small partition between warm up and workout rooms was a great detail. Water station was also great!
Better wayfinding to the gym. Had a hard time locating having taken many wrong turns after exiting the elevator. Not sure where pool or other amenities were.
Great

um elevador ficou todo o tempo estragado
a equipe de limpeza usava pela manhã os elevadores restantes
o café da manhã 15 minutos antes de encerrar não repõe os alimentos
Location was perfect, good breakfast, clean and comfortable lobby and rooms.
I didn't like being surprised with a $25/day parking fee.
It was situated in the Hilldale Mall area. The mall, Target, grocery store and restaurants were in the area. Decent continental breakfast for free. Coffee was very good.
At first the parking entrance was confusing. Actually the entrance was located in an alley, between the hotel and Target. I had to go around the block to guess where the entrance was, realizing the lobby was located in the temporary parking area and beginning of the parked garage entrance. The parking was confusing. I wasn’t sure where to park. I stayed 1 night and checked out. I decided to stay another night so I checked in again. The 2nd time, my entrance card did not open the door to the hotel building. Luckily a guest was leaving so I got in. I did ask for a different card at the guest counter. After that, no issue.
