מלון מצויין, ממוקם ממש טוב, דקות ספורות מהכיכר ומקניון גלוריה ותחילת שדרות רסתוולי. הלכנו לכל מקום ברגל, לגשר השלום, לגשר היבש , לעיר העתיקה. הכל במרחק של 10, 15 דק.
החדר היה גדול ונוח עם כל מה שצריך, כולל נוף (זה אחרי ששודרגנו מהחדר הבסיסי עם הנוף הפנימי). הצוות מסביר פנים, מקסים ומסייע. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, יש בה כל מה שצריך, ולא חסר כלום.
כל שדרות רסתוולי בחפירות ושיפוצים , אתה הולך לאורכה בצמוד לאתר בנייה. לא אשמת המלון, אבל כדאי לדעת.. לא להזמין בשום פנים את החדר עם הנוף הפנימי, כי אז אתה מקבל חדר חשוך ורועש (פונה לתוך המלון עם נוף לקבלה..) בלי אוויר צח.

Sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war nett und gut ausgestattet.
Nach der Buchung stieg der Preis plötzlich um 60€. Als ich das Personal diesbezüglich angesprochen habe, erhielt ich als Antwort „siehe klein geschrieben“. Frech. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, Spa und Wellness schlecht, der Pool sehr schlecht und sogar schmutzig.

Housekeeping was not up to the mark
Room is clean, comfortable, staff in reception and at break were so helpful , friendly and smiling all the time, location is perfect near freedom square and shopping mall
House keeping need to be improved, we had coffee in room but they just left the cups in the sink so we are not sure if this hotel policy or not, toilet also was not clean properly or adding more tissue
A very nice hotel, not too big. Very courteous staff. Excellent breakfast, very spacious rooms, and the hotel restaurant is excellent.
Location
Random people opening the door of my room at 4AM due to some issue with the hotel software. They re also surprised that the room is occupied. Next day one of the members of the stuff sent me a honey cake as an excuse. Completely weird.
Cleaning ladies always messed up leaving no slippers after servicing the room.
And two days later my keys stopped working and I had to chase reception to fix them.
Overall not even close to 5* level.
