Everything was absolutely amazing and at the highest level! ✨

With every question or situation we had during our stay, the entire staff helped us with such kindness and truly gave us their whole heart. The service was incredible from beginning to end.

The breakfast was delicious, everything was extremely clean everywhere in the hotel, the spa was amazing, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

For my mother’s birthday, we were even surprised with an upgraded room of a higher class, which made our trip even more special. 🤍

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and unforgettable journey. We can’t wait to come back!

Good choice in city centre.
Pros:

Modern, comfy, and clean, my personal highlight was the amazing Chandelier of Peace by Lasvit.

Cons:

The staff at the reception was not really attentive. The ordered breakfast was not delivered with close to no apology

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff, facilities, breakfast and location.
Pros:

The hotel has excellent facilities and is very well located, with a beautiful entrance hall and a nice bar area on the ground floor that we unfortunately did not have enough time to use but which looked spacious and welcoming with friendly staff. The staff were excellent, with special thanks to Tamara at the spa and pool area and Keto at reception, both of whom were very helpful. Tamara was very friendly and took her time to give us advice and answer our questions, and Keto assisted us in the early hours with helpful information and an early check-in free of charge, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent variety and very well-organised staff and long breakfast hours (7am–11am on weekdays and even longer at weekends). Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, well organised, and had a fantastic view of the city and the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. The shower was excellent, and the room was quiet with no hallway or outside noise. WiFi in the hotel was very good and stable, including for work meetings on MS Teams. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the hotel kindly prepared an early breakfast bag for our departure.

Cons:

When we asked at the main reception about WiFi availability in Mtskheta (as we did not have mobile data), the response felt a bit dismissive, which was unhelpful given we were trying to plan our return using Bolt. The early breakfast bag provided was appreciated, although it could have included a slightly wider selection of food. The pool area was relaxing and enjoyable after long days, even though it could be slightly larger and the water a little warmer.
