Excelente experiencia en Akuamarina

La excelente atención del personal, el desayuno y la comodidad de la ubicación. También se destaca el servicio de transporte y tours turísticos que ofrecen para los huéspedes.

Cons:

No es un comentario negativo, solo para tener en cuenta que el hotel no cuenta con frigobar (que en un sitio de tanto calor es un gran aliado para mantener agua o comida fresca). Tampoco cuenta con un sitio o tender para colgar ropa dentro de la habitación.

Nice, confortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

TV did not have signal, a complementary bottle of water would be nice. In the morning there was a kind alarm sounding in the room I was not able to communicate to the front desk from the room.

Simple, bright refuge in a hot, loud city
Pros:

This is a bright hotel in a hot, hot city. There's a grate rather than a door at the entrance, and you can get all the way to your room door without stepping inside. Once you do, you can switch on the air conditioning and bathe in the sweet, cool air.
This hotel is near a strangely beautiful graveyard, two or three corner stores, and a big supermarket. You can walk into the fiesta atmosphere of the centre within about 8 minutes, but the hotel is far enough away from all that that you can sleep.

Cons:

The wifi is deeply unreliable.

En resumen, nuestra estadía fue muy buena y la relación valor por precio es muy buena.
Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa, la cama cómoda, el AA hizo su trabajo bien contra el calor abrazador de Santa Marta. La atención del personal fue muy buena, en particular quiero destacar la labor de Liseth que siempre nos ayudó y orientó en todo lo que le pedimos (lavado de ropa, info de transporte, etc.) También me gustaría destacar el personal de cocina que en todo momento se mostró servicial y dedicado.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado un frigobar en la habitación, ya que el agua se te calienta en medio segundo. La ducha tiene el inconveniente que durante el día el agua sale muy caliente (solo dispone de agua fría) probablemente porque los tanques y cañerías están a pleno sol. Un vasito en la habitación hubiera estado genial. El desayuno es básico, aunque se entiende dado el precio de la estadía, podrían mejorar la oferta ya que creo que el personal que tienen es muy capaz.
Con respecto a la locación, se siente un poco apartado del centro donde está la vida nocturna y al regresar de noche puede ser un poco intimidante.
