The alleged owner was totally disrespectful ,when calling to confirm ,she ran the place in a military fashion literally kicking ppl out at 11:00 came around herself saying you had (2) minutes going from room to room hollering ,screaming telling us to get off her property and never come back etc extremely disrespectful and arrogant to customers followed us as we lefted speeding etc beyond us as we took a picture of her license plate as proof fir harassment ..

Clean, staff was very nice. Our stay was ok and the pool was clean and children had fun. Would return in the future.

Cons:

When I booked the descriptions said two beds. It turned out I was wrong for assuming it had 2 beds. Had 1 bed and a couch. Wound up having too many people (2 adults 2 children & infant with pack & play) in the room, which was a double room "with 2 beds" Manager was stern but nice while explaining. We chose to leave early, feeling like we had intruded or done something wrong. I would still return again in the future, but be much more aware of wording on the listings.

Severe black any infestation, I was charged about $40 extra to pay by card, the owner was very noisy outside early every morning shouting orders to her workers in order to clean rooms, guests in my building were staying there long term and had mental issues and were very rude and it was advertised with breakfast included but they had no breakfast….

Clean, safe, comfortable, and away from the nonsense.
Pros:

The first thing I encountered was the staff. Protective of their property (I was in my car waiting to check in) but friendly and professional. I did not ask to check in early as the policy is stated on the website, but I was invited to check in a bit early. Staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating!

Cons:

The heat didn't work, but TO BE FAIR...it's April and the least little change in temp makes me cold. They could have had the heat off for the spring/summer. And I didn't report it so no blame to the property.

The breakfast was missing where it is (still) clearly mentioned at booking.com site that breakfast will be given for free! Staff was rude as they did not allow even 1 minute extra after 11 AM for checkout.
