Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier T.Nagar. Et le personnel était au top !

Le Restaurant et le personnel vraiment très agréable

Cons:

Une chambre sans lumière du jour. La fenêtre était murée.

The stay fell short of the standards expected of a Presential Suite
Cons:

I was not satisfied with my stay in the Presidential Suite. For a suite of this category, I expected better attention to basic amenities and guest convenience. Simple essentials such as tissues were not provided, which was disappointing. In addition, the bathroom taps were confusing to operate and not user-friendly. Clear labelling or instructions would have improved the experience significantly.
Cleanliness were also below expectations. The room service food serving trays were not clean, and in-room cups were dirty as well. This raised concerns about hygiene standards and negatively affected the overall experience.
Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations associated with a Presential Suite, and I hope improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Great location, stay
Pros:

Location was great. Near the T Nagar market. Easy to get public transport and cabs.
Room was spacious enough with comfort bed. Bathroom were clean as well.
We checked in at 10:30, so the kitchen staff was helpful enough to provide us food even after closing hour. The taste was good.

Cons:

AC was little one sided. The temperature was not spread in the room evenly.
There was a wooden smell in the room when we entered. We asked the reception to spray some room freshner.
