Fantastic
Pros:

Property provides breakfast, grills and everything you need to make dinner easily if you choose to bring your own food. Pool was heated. Everything was clean. Grounds are well cared for. Room was well sized, not high end but comfortable, quiet and everything we needed. Good location, outside of downtown, near beach access and Wells restaurants.

Conveniently located
Pros:

This motel is conveniently located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Although the facilities are a little dated, you really can’t beat the price of this motel and its location! They do offer a continental breakfast. You conveniently enter in and out of your own door without steps or elevators.

A nice place to stay if you are looking for homey comfort.
Pros:

It would have been nice to have more hot breakfast options. The baked beans were good. The showers were hot, a real plus! The beds were very comfy.

Cons:

The room had a musty smell, and could use some updating. The area for the refrigerator was small, and there was no room for the toaster, so it had to sit on top of the refrigerator in front of the heat pump. It was not a good setup.

Great Value Motel that is great if visitng Ogunquit/Kennebunk. Met Expectations
Pros:

Room was Clean, check-in was easy, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Complimentary was a bit light, no hot foods. Location was a bit loud since it was off teh highway.

It works but is becoming a problem.
Pros:

The room was adequate for our overnight stay. We have stayed here before when attending a show at the Playhouse. The breakfast was good. The water in the shower was great.

Cons:

We have mentioned before that the availability of electric outlets is a problem. In particular, the outlets they have installed with only one plug but both a USB-A and USB-C are very problematic. The USB plugs generally do not work. We are now forced to bring extension cords and power strips to plug our devices in. This is becoming a hassle and we are now going to try other places to stay.
