Pros:

Great location, very walkable. Beautiful views from balcony. Amazing sauna and spa area. Restaurant on site. Parking available for a fee. Timed parking spot available for check in and check out.

Cons:

High price for a hotel (however comparable to many Palma hotels). Staff at the restaurant could be more welcoming. The balcony is beautiful, but not safe for young children.

Sehr gute Lage, eigentlich schönes und gutes Hotel

Cons:

Das Hotel hat ein technisches Problem, die Luftabsaugung auf dem Dach scheint eine Unwucht zu haben, es ist permanent ein deutliches Brummen im Zimmer zu hören. Sehr störend in der Nacht. Haben das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht, es wurde aber nicht behoben.

Great clean hotel. Loved the location!
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. Loved the coffee machine!
The location was fabulous to walk everywhere and explore Palma for the first time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the roof top pool/bar - amazing views and great drinks!

Cons:

It was very hot when we stayed and they need more pool umbrellas around the main pools, it felt like we were always having to wait for some shade or someone to leave. There is no shade whatsoever at the roof top pool/bar unless you are sitting under the roof line - a lot of people did not stay and enjoy the area because of this.
