We couldn’t have made a better choice.
Pros:

The facilities were excellent, comfortable areas throughout the hotel both indoors and outdoors to relax. The breakfast that catered for everyone was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more efficient, friendly or helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Tolle Location im Herzen von Palma
Pros:

beste Lage mit tollem Service. Vor und nach dem Einchecken hat man die Möglichkeit in einem speziellen Raum sich umzuziehen bzw. zu duschen, um die Pools am Tag nutzen zu können. gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Unschlagbare Lage, sehr zentral. In der Innenstadt und im beliebten Viertel Santa Catalina ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem Zimmer lag eine Begrüßungskarte, mit der man uns dazu aufgefordert hat, Wünsche gerne zu äußern. Dadurch haben wir uns auch getraut dies zu tun. Jeder unserer Wünsche (extra Handtücher, Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer etc.) wurde erfüllt. Sehr freundliches Personal und serviceorientiertes Hotel. Unser Tipp: Unbedingt einen Drink auf der Dachterrasse genießen - mit der spektakulären Aussicht auf die Kathedrale.

Cons:

Wir hatten über den gesamten Aufenthalt hinweg den Eindruck, dass die Reinigungskräfte zu sehr unter Zeitdruck stehen. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde etwas vergessen (z.B. Waschlappen oder Kaffeekapseln nachzulegen). Vielleicht könnten hier mehr Zeit oder eine Checkliste helfen? Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Excellent location for the city. All round good hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent to visit the main areas of the city. The rooms were nice and the breakfast good.

Cons:

There was very limited assess to shade to layout in as all those in the shade were always taken or reserved.

Genoten van het zwembad en locatie, maar super slechte bedden en een verouderde niet geheel schone badkamer.

De zwembaden waren fantastisch en ook de locatie was top.

Cons:

De bedden waren vreselijk. Totaal doorgezakt en je voelde elke veer in je rug prikken. Wees er alert op dat niet alle kamers er zo uit zien zoals ze online worden gepresenteerd. Weinig natuurlijk licht en een oude badkamer die niet overeenkwam met de site.

A lovely city break hotel with gorgeous pool and rooftop bar/pool!
Pros:

The pools are lovely - sun all day and comfy loungers. The rooftop pool is a lovely spot for an early evening drink before dinner. The bed was huge and very comfy. The suite was huge!

Cons:

There was no plugs near the main full length mirror outside the bathroom. I would have preferred a shower cubicle instead of a shower over a bath (especially when paying more for a Suite - the 'Comfort Room' that my friend stayed in had a better bathroom) - there was also a little bit of mould around the bath that needs addressing.
