Location was perfect to explore Palma. The breakfast and food were excellent, the staff friendly and the inclusive use of the gym, pools and day beds was very welcome. The Sky Bar provided great views of the Cathedral.
We were in a room under the sky bar & there was a lot of chairs/sunbeds being moved late at night.
The location of this hotel is great and the
reception staff are very friendly and helpful ☺️ .
It was also nice that the luggage was carried
up to the room.
We also enjoyed very much the view from the sky bar, although I find the prices of the drinks a bit steep considering their quality.
The Cathedral is very close, which was basically
the most important thing for me when booking this hotel.
Overall, my mom and I were very happy with this hotel, and we would definitely come back 😁.
Breakfast buffet is wonderful! So many options and even cava available if you fancy a glass in the morning. The room was very spacious and I loved having a terrace to sit outside in the evening. We ate dinner one evening in the Sky Bar and it was delicious, really enjoyed it. Spent some time at the pool and oasis bar as well one afternoon, overall a lovely place to spend a few days in Palma. It's so easy to take public transport (A1 bus) to the hotel from the Airport as well if you don't want to hire a car service or Uber. If you don't have large luggage, probably the best method. We'd definitely stay again!
Location was excellent. Rooftop bar was great with views of the port and Cathedral. Bed was very comfortable and large room. Breakfast was excellent.

We loved the location and ambience of all three of the swimming pool areas, from the peacefullness of the lower ground spa area to the rooftop vibes, which also had amazing views of Palma!
The breakfast was brilliant with a huge range of foods and the beds were very comfy! Last but not least, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, and overall the hotel did feel like a proper four-star hotel. I also appreciated the general atmosphere and facilities.
The room I received did not match the photos of the room I had booked, which was disappointing.
The receptionist was not particularly pleasant. More importantly, about three hours before my scheduled check-out, I returned to my room after breakfast and found two hotel employees trying to enter my room. They said they had been informed at reception that I had already checked out, although I had not. I found this very concerning and uncomfortable, as all my personal belongings were still in the room and I did not feel that my privacy and security were respected.

- location is great super close to shopping and amazing restaurants and bars in the old town
