Breakfast was the worse I’ve ever experienced with powered scrambled eggs and cold coffee and no bacon offered. Lifts were never available and we waited over 10mins to get a lift from floor 9 to 7 to check out and even then had to be sardined into a lift! Rooms were dirty. Had a hair ball fall out of my clean towel before I got to use it!

Location was superb! Short walk to restaurants, shops and tram. Good rooms, comfy beds and staff were very nice.
Breakfast could have been better. But it’s free so it was a nice plus and option to have if you have a long day ahead.
Lifts were incredibly slow and some weren’t working. Took over 30 minutes to leave the hotel one morning

Location and facilities were great
location was great for the start line of Run Melbourne as well as dinner locations
Check-in staff didn't mention the hold cost (which I expected but wasn't explained), or that I needed to get my room cards re-set up after 10am for late check out (despite confirming late check out 3 times, no one mentioned this, so upon return from Run Melbourne couldn't get into our room). The "glass box" style bathrooms aren't great for friends sharing a room, very little privacy.
Location was great & convenient for our stay. We were in town for State of Origin, 15 minute walk to stadium.
We were pleasantly surprised by breakfast options. We weren't expecting much, but quite alot to choose from & all very tasty. Cosy place to eat & really happy we ate there. Our room overlooked the city, with Eureka Skydeck to the left.
Parking was easy to find with directions from staff, we initially parked around the corner prior to checking in - but looks like you could park at entrance whilst you check in.
