Loved my stay, located close to the venue that I attended an event.
Pros:

The Dining Room staff are wonderful. Leah and others were always courteous, on task and great to see them smiling and connecting with the customers.
The room was spacious & comfortable.
I liked the option of not needing the room's tidied, towels each day.

Lovely place, really nice team and breakfast was great! Especially the little muffins!
Pros:

Location was great, service was friendly and very helpful!
Shower was really nice for a hotel shower, it’s never the same as home but was pretty close.

Cons:

The night we wanted room service, Tuesday 27th we weren’t able to use the app and had to go down stairs to eat.
