Staff were friendly great location for the arts district and southbank & breakfast was delicious

Clean and modern room.
Breakfast wasn’t very healthy but was included in price and overall inexpensive
Close to restaurants. , and shops, friendly staff, great breakfast included, couldn’t hear any noise from the street below, comfy beds
The room we had was very small
Clean and convenient location
I had paid before I arrived at the hotel, and everything was fine. I went to check out and thought everything was fine until I got a notification that I just paid the total amount again. I went back and was told I’d be getting a refund but it would take up to 10 business days, I understand mistakes happen but this was over $600 that i was now missing and I’m still waiting to be refunded.
I liked that it was close to everything.
The staff were not the best help, the room was way to tiny there was no windows the room was way to hot & felt like you couldn’t breathe. The tvs were shit as we had to move rooms.. it was all round shit the worst experience and place I have ever stayed
Most staff were exceptional and friendly.
The motel was in a great position for us to go exploring Melbourne's CBD. The bar and restaurant and availability of breakfast was great.
No toilet brush.
Television service was not good.
The bed was a little to firm for our liking, but we realise that is hard to change.
