Pros:

工作人员的服务很好，很有礼貌，很友善

Cons:

卫生让我无法接受，床有点脏，有不干净的痕迹和存在异味，水龙头放出的水很混浊，洗脸盆的下水道是堵住的，水流不走。希望老板能够接受不好的反馈，改善问题，才能生意兴隆

Doesn’t resemble photos on booking.com
Pros:

Check in was easy. There is a cute kitty walking around. No insects in the room. Sheets were clean but still smelled because of the old pillow and duvet. Staff is friendly and do their best to communicate with Google translate.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely run down. The photos on booking.com are misleading. Also the Genius discount is misleading because the price (150.000 IND) for the single room is their standard price. All rooms are fairly cheap. I guess you get what you pay for…
The bathroom is very old, small and uncomfortable. The toilet doesn’t flush properly. No toilet paper provided and no trash can with a plastic bag to dispose of toilet paper. Using the bidet is also really difficult because the water pressure is so low.
Water pressure is non existent so taking a shower is almost impossible. Sink in the room was clogged and the tap was dirty.
There is an insane amount of noise coming from the busy road. Also someone tried to open my door 2 times during the night.
It’s more of a place for locals or if you really don’t mind all these points and want to have a private room yet still on a budget as a solo traveler. Medan doesn’t seem to have that many nice hotels anyway unfortunately.
AC doesn’t cool.

Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Es gab einen Water refill.

Cons:

Schlechteste Übernachtung in 2 Monaten Indonesien. Im gesamten Gebäude riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit. Die gesamte Zeit über lief eine laute Wasserpumpe, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Das zu 6 Uhr zugesicherte Frühstück (bei der Buchung inclusive) war nicht rechtzeitig da, sodass wir ohne Frühstück zum Flughafen aufbrechen mussten.
Das Zimmer hat kein Außenfenster. Die Bettwäsche wies Flecken auf, das Bett war unbequem und durchgelegen. Das Zimmer ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise geht die Tapete von der Wand ab. Im Bad gibt es kein warmes Wasser, teilweise gab es kompletten Wasserausfall. Das Bad war mangelhaft geputzt.

Wir waren immer günstig unterwegs aber selbst für indonesische Verhältnisse fanden wir die Unterkunft schlecht.
