They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before I arrived Without a call or message. So I drove my entire family there with no idea we did not have a hotel to stay at. They were no help regarding getting us a room anywhere else and we were told there was nothing they could do. Zero remorse or help and no notice.

Clean. Friendly staff with the exception of one. General manager was great. Very good location.
Had to change rooms several times due to sewage smell!!! Still had to endure the smell so it’s hard to justify paying a very large sum of money for a long deserved vacation that you could not enjoy staying and relaxing at your hotel.
There is a lot to like about the indigo— great staff, excellent gym, good food. Appears pretty new and everything works.
It’s not a great place to sleep. The room was hot when I walked in by and hot the next morning even with ac on full. Ac are units not ducts so I guess they are underpowered. And loud. Synthetic bedding made it even hotter.
Everything! Our room was on the 10th floor and so quiet and comfortable.

We couldn’t find a blow dryer in our room and the rug in our living room was dirty.
My stay was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable, close to everything l enjoy. I will stay here again.
Shower needs a bench or bar in the corner so woman can safely shave their legs.
The staff were outstanding. They took care of all our requests.
The cleaning staff left trash around the room and the breakfast and coffee cost money. A simple continental breakfast and coffee station would have been more convenient and you can get that at cheaper hotels.
Beautiful and clean
Everything was perfect.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice.
The motorcycles going up and down the road were very loud. I prefer to park my own vehicle. When I booked the room on booking.com it says they had self parking. But after I booked and got there they said there was no self parking. This needs to be revised on the booking website. Also some people are allergic to pets. Would be nice if they were rooms that were not pet friendly.
