Un bon hôtel avec tout ce qu’il faut
Pros:

Bon hôtel avec tout ce qu’il faut, proche des principaux lieux touristiques et des axes principaux. La piscine et le spa sont top, la nourriture est bonne, le personnel sympathique et le parking est adapté aux grandes voitures.

Cons:

Le lit était trop dur, les abords de l’hôtel ne sont pas très engageants, pas beaucoup d’accès piétons sécurisés, les ascenseurs ne sont pas dimensionnés pour la taille de l’établissement et le buffet n’est pas toujours très bien organisé.

Pros:

Locatia si privelistea din camera au fost de vis. Camera mare, confortabila. Totul foarte curat. Micul dejun diversificat. Din pacate la piscina nu am ajuns.

Hôtel qui a ses 4 étoiles grâce aux infrastructures et non à son personnel et service…

Cons:

Les services n’étaient pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles… tout était en option comme dans une chaîne low cost (peignoir, essuie, parking,…) très déçu du service et du personnel peu sympathique.
De plus, obligé de réserver pour aller à la piscine ou au spa… pas très agréable de bloquer des créneaux et planifier 24h à l’avance quand on veut aller se détendre.

Struttura moderna, camere spaziose e pulitissime, staff gentilissimo con tanta voglia di lavorare. A due passi dallo Skyway e dalle valli Ferret e Veny. Colazione ottima con vasto assortimento di dolce e salato. Per chi vuole un po di relax piscina riscaldata con vista sul Monte Bianco.

Cons:

Aftensmadsbuffeten var under al kritik. Maden var af meget lav kvalitet, udvalget var kedeligt, og flere retter virkede ikke friske eller blev ikke fyldt op løbende. Det levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne.

Servicen i restauranten var ligeledes utilfredsstillende. Betjeningen var langsom og uopmærksom, og vi ventede ofte omkring 30 minutter, før vi overhovedet fik vores drikkevarer. Det er ikke acceptabelt, når man betaler for et hotelophold.
