Modern,clean good seaview
Pros:

The modern room, clean and very comfortable. Large Seaview balcony.
The housekeeper was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool had only 10 sets of sunbeds with shade. Paying for beach sunbeds when there was limited shade around the pool isn't ideal as a guest.

Perfect stay in a lovely hotel, can't wait to come back!

מלון טוב במיקום מעולה.
Pros:

המיקום היה מעולה! תחנת האוטובוס צמודה למלון, חנויות, סופר מרקטים וברים קרובים מאוד מאוד. בעלי המלון עזרו לנו להתמצא באוטובוסים וגם לקחת טיול מאורגן.
הצוות מאוד אדיב. החדר נקי וכל יום מסדרים אותו. הבריכה נקייה וחוף הים צמוד למלון. היה נהדר.
נשמח לשוב ולהתארח.

Cons:

היה רק מזגן אחד בחדר כך שבגלריה היה יותר קר ובשאר החדר פחות אבל הסתדרנו. היה ריח חריף מוזר ולא נעים במסדרון לחדר. בחדר עצמו הריח לא הורגש והיה נעים. המעליות לא עבדו בלילה ונאלצנו לעלות במדרגות. מעבר לזה היה מקסים ונוח.

Terrible experience, extremely dirty and very poor customer service

We did not like anything about this property except its close proximity to the beach.

Cons:

The room we booked looked nothing like the photoshopped pictures online. We were placed in a room on the main floor that was very old looking and not renovated. It had a very musty smell similar to that of being on a boat. It was more of a motel than a hotel suite and very dirty. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, the toilet was dirty, the blow dryer had mold on the cord, the shower was cracked, there were drain flies coming out of the sink and all over the toilet shower and walls. There were hundreds of bugs everywhere on the floor tiles, walls, kitchen counters… it was absolutely disgusting. We ended up not even changing our clothes and my son, husband and myself slept on top of the bed as there were bugs all around the other bed where my son would have slept. Upon waking we rushed to the front desk to speak to someone. When we complained to the owner and showed him pictures he was very unapologetic and said big deal the sheets are stained from sunscreen and we need to fumigate for bugs, no big deal they are just aunts. When we tried to ask for a refund he sent the cleaning lady to the room to see what was going on, then proceeded to go sit at his desk ignoring us while shopping on the internet for orthopedic shoes. We were trying to speak with him and show him the pictures we had taken although he completely began ignoring us and not responding. At that point we walked away and went back to our room, where we found the cleaning lady looking around and began to show her the pictures. We showed her the dirty sheets, the dirty toilet, and the bugs and flies flying everywhere and she apologized and said there is nothing I can do to help you guys and I said yes there is, go tell the owner that the room is filthy and verify our story but I think she was scared of losing her job and did not do so.

Struttura nel complesso bella. Staff accogliente, gentile e cordiale. Comodità di avere il mare attaccato all’hotel e ottimo cibo sul bar in spiaggia. Parcheggio gratuito per i clienti. La stanza viene pulita ogni due giorni e le addette alle pulizie sono davvero brave e super gentili.

Cons:

Colazione dolce piuttosto scarsa, andrebbe sicuramente migliorata e ampliata. I lettini in piscina vengono occupati ancora prima che iniziasse l’orario per la colazione e nonostante ci fossero cartelli che lo vietassero, nessuno degli addetti ai lavori diceva nulla. Questo accadeva per non pagare i 15 euro per l’ombrellone in spiaggia.
