Gute Zimmer, schlechter Service

Schöne und saubere Zinmer

Cons:

Empfang und Rezeption mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotential, haben Begrüssungswein nur noch gegen Kosten gewähren wollen, weil wir erst ins Zimmer gegangen sind, Frühstück sehr mäßig

Relaxing stay with breathtaking views with easy access to the beach.
Pros:

The location, the service and breakfast were amazing. Lots of delicious but a little protein would have made it perfect!

Cons:

A little updating the bathroom (soap holder in the bathtub fell off and wasn’t fixed) Adding some face wash would have been appreciated. Also the toilet paper roll wasn’t folded in a cute way when we arrived.
One of the TV’s wasn’t working
A hanger was broken.

Lovely stay outside of town.
Pros:

This was a really nice stay. The location outside of town was great and out the back where the pool and patio are is just a beautiful view. It’s friendly and the staff were wonderful (and the breakfast was a 10). Room was spacious and bed and pillows super comfortable. Also the restaurant next door didn’t look like much from the curb but in the back was so pretty, you could sit on the water and it was excellent!

Cons:

Nothing, would definitely recommend.

Great place if you have ocean view room
Pros:

I like the room - we had one with a balcony. Very cozy, with a fireplace. My kids love the breakfast, which is included in the price and it’s really good.
We like the walkable path along the ocean right down the hotel and the restaurants nearby.
Great stay for one night on the way to SF

Cons:

The breakfast was a joke. Lots of starches and no protein. For what I paid, cooked eggs and a protein should have been a mainstay.
