Location Great, but quality just awful!!😣

I like the fact that the beach was in walking distance.

Cons:

When we first enter the room, we knew the room was nonrefundable, and I could tell that we both were a little disappointed so we pull the covers back and set on the clean sheets and didn’t say anything to each other for about 30 minutes…😫 the AC unit was blowing a defensive smell… I really don’t know how to describe it but unpleasant. The cork in the shower was molded and needed to be replaced. Floor had a film on it and the bed…. The bed, although the sheets look clean when we looked at the pillow that was in the pillowcase. It was dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
So to describe my anniversary three night getaway, just very disappointed.

Good value.
Pros:

I liked the higher toilet, the fact that there was a shower, and a firm bed.

Cons:

I was in room 118. It looked like someone and put their feet with shoes on around the walls of the room. This was in the bathroom across from the toilet and on the windows wall. The cleaning staff may want to pay attention to the walls.

The staff was nice

Cons:

Key card- had to try both several times each time
Smelled like marijuana
Mold in the bathroom, dead bug and dirt under the sheets. Looked like poop and blood on bathroom wall

Extremely dirty. No help from staff. Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location was near the beach

Cons:

Room was disgusting. Stains on bedding/ towels. Surfaces with visible dirt and hair. Toilet didn’t work. Tick found in bathroom. Dirty items in drawers. Extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I got sick from staying here. The staff did not offer to help at all. They said there was nothing they could do. The price was $250 a night and I would have rather slept in my car.

Great location. Friendly staff. Close to the beach.
Pros:

The lady at the desk was exceptional.
Kind, courteous and had a great personality. The location was amazing. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The water was wonderful. We were on the Bayside where it wasn't very crowded and the water was perfect. Despite the road work and construction going on on Shore Drive, we had no problem getting to our destination. The guy at the front desk came to our room immediately to show us how to operate the fire stick to the TV. All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The amount of road construction directly in front of the hotel. But the hotel is not responsible for that lol
However, we had no problem with traffic
