Perfect en relaxed verblijf
Pros:

De Lodge was perfect en mooi aangekleed. Het sliep perfect. Alles werd netjes bijhouden wat handdoeken betreft. Bij aankomst mochten we zelfs een geurtje uitkiezen die we in de lodge ook wilden.
Restaurant, ontbijt en lunch was goed, duurde soms wel te lang. Zwembad was een oase en aan een zijde lekker fris en andere heerlijk warm. Overal een hele goede service en vriendelijk personeel.

Magnifique! 10/10 beau, propre, staff aux petits soins, chambre pr 4 incroyable tb pt-déj.
Pros:

magnifiquement entretenu, chambre pour 4 hyper spacieuse, entrée gratuite au parc aquatique à pieds à côté, navette gratuite pour la medina, buffet du petit-dej très bon et pouvoir manger à tt heure au resto très pratique avec enfants

Cons:

ABSOLUMENT RIEN et nous sommes des clients exigeants . A refaire!

Et nydelig og avslappende opphold i flotte omgivelser. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! ❤️
Pros:

i hadde et kjempefint opphold på Oasis Lodges! Vi ble oppgradert til en helt ny, romslig og flott suite. God frokost, kjempe hyggelig personale og nydelige, rolige omgivelser

Cons:

Det var fortsatt litt anleggsarbeid med planting og opparbeiding av uteområdene, noe som medførte litt støy og rot. Vi tror likevel det blir utrolig fint når alt er ferdig

Un séjour au calme et ressourçant dans un magnifique oasis
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, magnifiquement entretenu à tout niveau. Notre chambre était très bien aménagée, spacieuse avec un lit très confortable, une belle salle de bain et un petit jardin fleuri bien agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des bons produits frais, variés, sucrés et salés.
La carte du restaurant est variée et le tout est cuisiné par un chef très gentil et au petits soins, qui s’adapte aux demandes particulières.
La piscine et les jardins sont très calmes et il y a suffisamment de transats pour tout le monde.
Et pour finir, tout le personnel est agréable et serviable ainsi que la directrice qui est venue régulièrement auprès de nous s’assurer que tout allait bien.
Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour emmener les clients au centre ville.
En résumé tout était parfait…

This place is a MUST for anyone staying in Marrakech.
Pros:

Amazing resort-like venue 15-min away from the heart of Marrakech. Everything from the architecture, staff, accommodation, excursions, water park access, buffet breakfast, cleanliness was exceptional. Loved this place.

Cons:

Not much I can say here. They’ve outdone themselves and have not left any doubt or negative in my family and my experience.

Lovely relaxing hotel outside the all the charm and chaos or Marrakech
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, walking through the hotel is like walking through a beautiful garden, very clean and well maintained private rooms and excellent food at the restaurant. So quiet and relaxed compared to the middle of Marrakech. The kids loved the pool and the garden games, great access to the water park, advice would be to go early and avoid weekends as it gets busy. Resort was super safe and relaxed

Cons:

Unfortunately the service was poor. Very friendly just slow, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakesh however I would say order food and drinks at least 30mins before you want it. I saved a load of money as most of the cocktails my wife ordered didn’t turn up. When ordering water for the kids we would take it straight away or we would be waiting 20mins. All part of the Moroccan laid back charm. We would order breakfast buffet to the room which was beautiful but nearly every day it came with no plates, no bother as it was a small walk to get them from the restaurant. There is only one restaurant at the hotel so we chose to eat out locally a lot which was frustrating at the start with taxis but on balance made us try new food and pushed us out or comfort zone with kids.

Kahvaltısı kaliteli ve rahat sıra beklemiyorsunuz, konum ulasılabilir, otel ici havuz güzel yer alanı genis. Odalar genıs ve kullanıslı. her odanın kendi bahcesi var bu da güzel.

Bir kısım calısan personelin konusma tarzını sevmedim. Ozellikle Aqua Park personeli.
Otel odasına yüklü bir miktar odeyip aqua park kısmında senzlok icin para istenmesi ve persorsnelin aslında siz buraya giremezsiniz (otele giris agua parktan faydalanabilecegimiz sadece yiyecek icecek kısmı icin para odeyecegimiz soylenıyor) gibi sozler soylemesı hos olmadı.Egitim gerekli. Aqua parkta gordugum otel musterılerı yerde oturdugu
Otel musterılerıne aqupark kısmında daha kolaylıklar saglanırsa guzel olur.
Giriste cok bekletildik. Bundan dolayı cıkısta bizi rahatsız etmeyeceklerini soyleselerde saat 12.00 de arandık ve 10 dakika ya hazırlanın personel yolluyorum gibi ısrarcı bir hitap ile bildirdiler.

Hôtel exceptionnel tout était parfait rien à dire un grand merci aux personnels très sympathique, professionnel et bienveillant. Un énorme merci à Brahim le chef réceptionniste au top. Nous reviendrons prochainement c’est certain.
