Location was convenient.

Cons:

No shower gel, the phone was broken, the hair dryer was broken, the sink was cracked, and my apple had a moldy bottom. The receptionist that checked us in was grumpy because we used a third part to book our stay.

We would stay again in the future.
Pros:

The morning breakfast staff were cheerful and very helpful, especially the breakfast attendant Angie.
Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk-in shower was perfect for my husband who has difficulty walking.

Cons:

It was hard to find outlets to charge our phones, hearing aids, and watches.
Unfortunately, breakfast was typical, good, but not necessarily exceptional. Prices seemed high, but we have not traveled in a while, so we're not sure if this is a typical price, when we asked for a room with a walk-in shower, since my husband has difficulty walking, and is afraid of falling.

Other than the pool area our experience was great.
Pros:

Clean facility, nicely sized rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast options, and convenient location.

Cons:

The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was lukewarm at best and over treated with chemicals.

Issues but solved asap. Recommend 100 percent.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the iron and they solved it right away.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great but it is a hotel breakfast. The iron was dirty and ruined a shirt but the staff solved the issue right away and I am very greatful.

The staff here is outstanding. Very efficient, kind and helpful. We brought our dog on this trip and the staff showed a lot of love to our pup. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown restaurants as well as the Gettysburg Battlefield.

Always a pleasure.
Pros:

We are frequent users of the hotel as we visit a friend in GBurg. It’s always welcoming and clean. What makes the place exceptional are the people who welcome you; interact with you and become, over time, friends. Or at least we feel that way.

Cons:

We had to leave at 4:30 am so we grabbed a couple of cups of coffee which were, sadly cold. We were able to reheat them though but still, if you’re going to put out water and coffee for folks, it should be hot….all the time.
