It was close to our destination and plenty of restaurants around the area to choose from.Air condition worked good.
The bottom of door had a gap.
It was very close to the Luke East gate which allowed for quick access to the lackland base and the front desk lady was nice. the room had a table with a chair, a standing mirror, a lounge chair with a coffee table, a microwave, tv, a mini fridge, ironing board and ironing machine.
building is really run down, room has a slight mildew smell, there was no overhead lightning, the only lights in the bedroom area are two side table lamps and a window on the wall, i received the room dirty, the sink had toothpaste, soap marks, what looks to be a booger, and a hair. the shower was pretty nasty as well as you can see from the pictures. i would only shower with flip flops to avoid touching the shower floor. it was also pretty difficult to get hot water. i had to play with the handle in order to find the hot water which it was in the blue area of the temperature marking. the tv was an older tv which only allowed cable, so no streaming services (not a big deal but just lyk), the bedsheets were very thin so if i had the a/c on below 80, i would freeze during the night. my door had another lock in which i needed to press my body on the door a certain way to get the door to lock twice. the area is really bad too. i’m not sure if its normal or not to have room service clean your room here but no one came to do so, it was very sketchy walking out alone, especially being a young solo female traveler, so i stayed in the hotel a lot or on the base a lot to avoid any sketchy people around the area.
I liked that it was nice and affordable.
