Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa

A reggeli sajnos nagyon gyenge választékot kínált, nem volt zöldség és csak egy fajta tartós szeletelt kenyér volt. Sajtból sem adott választási lehetőséget. 😢

tanto per iniziare, prima volta in vita mia in cui un albergo mi fa compilare un format con i miei dati e i dati della carta di credito per bloccare una cauzione in caso di danni..
dopo aver disquisito con il personale notturno mi convinco e faccio il check in (l'alternativa era consegnare 50 euro cash quale cauzione o rinunciare alla camera e dormire in auto....
mi viene assegnata la camera piano terra, dirimpetto la reception, a prima vista si presenta bene, e pulita.
Accendo il climatizzatore e dopo 5 min si diffonde una puzza di muffa mostruosa che mi da fastidio alla gola e agli occhi, spengo il condizionatore e mi accorgo che il pozzetto di ispezione sul soffitto aveva tracce di umidità,, inoltre la parete davanti il letto è completamente puntellata di muffa (puntini scuri)....
ho chiesto il cambio stanza che il personale mi ha concesso molto gentilmente (ho apprezzato!)
peccato che, nella seconda camera, dopo essermi stabilito, ho notato che il WC recava segni di recente utilizzo (era sporco)!!!!
leggermente imbestialito vado in reception a lamentarmi.
Nel porgere 2000 scuse il personale ha pulito il bagno.. e a nome della direzione mi viene offerta una bottiglia di prosecco per scusarsi dell'accaduto...
la notte è trascorsa serena a parte il rumore delle ambulanze e vetture che passano nella via dell'albergo per andare nella vicina clinica (consiglio.. non fatevi alloggiare al piano terra!!)
colazione abbastanza basica per un 4 stelle, ma viste le circostanze meglio accontentarsi.
ringrazio la cameriera per aver allietato la mia permanenza in sala breakfast con una lunga e profonda disquisizione a telefono (aveva l'auricolare) non so con chi stesse parlando dei sui suoi problemi relazionali.
Fossi stato psicologo avrei sicuramente preso appunti!!!!!

The breakfast had very little choices

I would not recommend staying at Villa Elisio & Spa.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was disappointing. Check-in was poor, with no explanation about the hotel or its facilities. Most of the staff were unfriendly, and whenever we asked for assistance, they either pretended not to understand English or simply weren’t willing to help.

The Wi-Fi did not work for almost our entire 7-day stay. We reported the issue multiple times, but instead of trying to resolve it, the staff seemed annoyed that we kept mentioning it. Nothing was done to fix the problem.

Breakfast was by far the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The staff were far more interested in chatting among themselves than looking after guests. The selection was extremely limited—just a few stale-looking cakes and very little else. We often had to ask for cutlery because it hadn’t been put out, and on one occasion there were ants crawling over the food. I would strongly recommend skipping breakfast altogether.

We had two consecutive bookings, but nobody informed us in advance that we would be expected to change rooms. We only found out at around 10 p.m. the night before, after raising the Wi-Fi issue yet again. We explained that we had to leave at 5 a.m. the next morning for a trip and that I am pregnant, so moving rooms would be extremely inconvenient. Despite this, the staff showed no empathy, and we had to argue before they finally agreed to let us stay in the same room.

Housekeeping was also disappointing. Although the room was cleaned, the housekeeper regularly left her own hair behind, which was unhygienic and unpleasant to find.

The one person who truly stood out was David at reception. He was attentive, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. After we raised our concerns, he arranged for us to move to a larger room, which we really appreciated. He also organised an affordable taxi to the airport for us and was consistently helpful throughout our stay.

There wasnt a single negative about this hotel.

Nothing

Breakfast was good with a variety of choices however in room 303, the kettle was unsafe, did not switch off automatically when boiled. Had to take plug out of socket. Hairdryer not working. Plastic spoons not a good idea as they melted when making tea.
