A beautiful break away
Pros:

The team of receptionists were really lovely, approachable and accommodating. David in particular did a wonderful job of welcoming my daughter and I to Naples and was always on hand to help with any queries we had. The hotel itself was beautiful and approximately a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Our room although situated at the front of the hotel was really nice and quiet and the breakfast was exceptional.

Una estancia especial y relajante en Nápoles
Pros:

La habitación fue muy agradable, cómoda y con un ambiente muy especial. Nos gustó mucho la decoración, la privacidad y la sensación de estar en un pequeño oasis dentro de Nápoles. Fue un lugar perfecto para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad.

Cons:

Nuestra estancia fue de solo una noche, así que realmente no tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece el hotel. Como punto a mejorar, nos hubiera gustado poder aprovechar más las instalaciones, pero el spa es con reserva previa

Good value for a short trip to the city center l

L'etablisement très bien,l'equipe etait vraiment simpat et respectueuse, toujours a l'ecoute

Cons:

Le matthelat, deux petit mathelat avec un creux au milieux du lit, on avait très mâle au dos au reveille chaque matin, le dejeuner est toujours la meme chose et surtout vous n'aviez pas pensée au diabetic,tous était vraiment sucré

Disappointing apart from the garden.
Pros:

The hotel is quiet by Naples standards and has a lovely, large garden which was perfect for our dogs and the reason we chose it.

Cons:

The location is really not nice but then most of Naples isn't. Also we booked a suite but the lounge and bath with jacuzzi were outside on the terrasse which was too hot to use. Also the waitresses at breakfast should spend less time talking and more time looking after the guests. You have to ask every time you want coffee or milk.

Disappointing, but not on account of the staff who were friendly.
Pros:

Free parking for our car right outside, easy check in and friendly staff

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of musty / damp, was unclean and fixtures / furnishings were tired (heard board was peeling leather all over the bed). Road outside was also very loud, and breakfast was a bit sad.

Très bel endroit
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable et disponible.

Cons:

On aurait aimé une piscine.
Le spa est en supplément et ne sont pas dans les chambres. Sûrement que pour les suites. On avaient pas compris cela à la réservation. Dommage pour nous.

It’s near the airport

The bedroom was ok but sadly the bathroom was very mouldy and the shower was dirty. The breakfast was weak.

Maga a szállás nagyon klassz volt, de legközelebb nem kérnék reggelit.
Cons:

A reggeli sajnos nagyon gyenge választékot kínált, nem volt zöldség és csak egy fajta tartós szeletelt kenyér volt. Sajtból sem adott választási lehetőséget. 😢

La posizione della struttura e la possibilità di parcheggiare all'esterno.

tanto per iniziare, prima volta in vita mia in cui un albergo mi fa compilare un format con i miei dati e i dati della carta di credito per bloccare una cauzione in caso di danni..
dopo aver disquisito con il personale notturno mi convinco e faccio il check in (l'alternativa era consegnare 50 euro cash quale cauzione o rinunciare alla camera e dormire in auto....
mi viene assegnata la camera piano terra, dirimpetto la reception, a prima vista si presenta bene, e pulita.
Accendo il climatizzatore e dopo 5 min si diffonde una puzza di muffa mostruosa che mi da fastidio alla gola e agli occhi, spengo il condizionatore e mi accorgo che il pozzetto di ispezione sul soffitto aveva tracce di umidità,, inoltre la parete davanti il letto è completamente puntellata di muffa (puntini scuri)....
ho chiesto il cambio stanza che il personale mi ha concesso molto gentilmente (ho apprezzato!)
peccato che, nella seconda camera, dopo essermi stabilito, ho notato che il WC recava segni di recente utilizzo (era sporco)!!!!
leggermente imbestialito vado in reception a lamentarmi.
Nel porgere 2000 scuse il personale ha pulito il bagno.. e a nome della direzione mi viene offerta una bottiglia di prosecco per scusarsi dell'accaduto...
la notte è trascorsa serena a parte il rumore delle ambulanze e vetture che passano nella via dell'albergo per andare nella vicina clinica (consiglio.. non fatevi alloggiare al piano terra!!)
colazione abbastanza basica per un 4 stelle, ma viste le circostanze meglio accontentarsi.
ringrazio la cameriera per aver allietato la mia permanenza in sala breakfast con una lunga e profonda disquisizione a telefono (aveva l'auricolare) non so con chi stesse parlando dei sui suoi problemi relazionali.
Fossi stato psicologo avrei sicuramente preso appunti!!!!!
