It was close to perfection.
Pros:

Location is brilliant. Place is clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was really nice and seemed to enjoy their work, each other and their guests. That is quite rare.

Bästa hotellet med bästa personalen;)
Pros:

Vilket fantastiskt hotel!! Det känns som att komma hem till någons superfina hus. Vi möts av otroligt trevlig personal. Allt från receptionisten, speciellt Nina men också städpersonalen som hälsar glatt. Läget är grymt bra. Frukosten hos Ruts några steg bort är toppen. Boka här, Du kommer inte bli besviken.

Jättefint och stilrent hotell med riktigt mysig atmosfär. Väldigt rent, bekvämt och kändes lyxigt direkt när man kom in. Bra läge och supertrevlig personal. Hade en jättemysig och bekväm vistelse mitt i Malmö och kommer absolut tillbaka🤍

Ett klockrent val om du vill uppleva Malmö från sin bästa sida!

Vi är så himla nöjda med hela upplevelsen på det här hotellet och resan till Malmö!

Hotellet ligger i ett oslagbart bra läge. En kort promenad till och från centralstationen och med full tillgång till Gamla stans charm med pubar, barer, restauranger, caféer, affärer och mer därtill!

Personalen var varmt välkomnande och gav ett personligt och serviceinriktat bemötande!
Rummet var superfint, sängarna var sköna och det var rent och rymligt.

Frukosten serverades på ett intressant café (Ruths) runt hörnet från hotellet och även det var en härlig upplevelse.
Det var hög energi och stimmigt på ett bra sätt. Allt som serverades var genuint, uttänkt och gott och tillagades mitt i lokalen för öppen ridå medan servitörerna for effektivt fram mellan borden.

Allt som allt så är vi väldigt nöjda och kommer absolut bokas igen vid framtida besök i Malmö ✅

Beliggenheden.

Cons:

Utilstrækkelig rengøring. Tydeligt at alle overflader, lister og vindueskarm ikke var blevet tørret af for støv. Måtte skynde mig til et apoteket for at købe antihistamin fordi der var såå støvet. I øvrigt pletter på stolerne. Lidt irriterende at tv’et heller ikke havde lyd, vi forsøgte at fumle med fjernbetjening aaalt for længe og da vi gik ned i receptionen for at få hjem, var der ingen staff efter 17.30, virkelig underligt.
Hotellet er i øvrigt helt vildt lydhør. Vi kunne høre alt til mindste detalje, både naboen der gik ind af døren 10 gange inden for få timer, men også udenfor, mennesker der hyggede sig.

Afslapning, oplevelser og hygge.

Beliggende dejlig tæt på stationen og meget centralt.
Betjeningen receptionen var dejlig og meget imødekommende, man følte sig meget velkommen og vi fik en meget fin service.
Kommer helt sikkert igen.
