К сожалению я оставил кошелек на столе а не в сейфе и у меня предположение что из него пропали 500 евро плюс около 200 евро в чешских кронах. В следующий раз кладите всё в сейф сразу, чтобы потом не мучаться куда пропали деньги

The pool and sauna are such a bonus for the area. Lovely breakfast offered & the room had a great view over the lake. The boat ride into Zurich was well worth the extra cost!

We’ve stayed here before, but recent changes to the check-in procedure were disappointing and confusing. On arrival we were handed a tablet to enter our personal details, which undermined the staff’s efforts to provide a warm, personal welcome. Guests arriving after a long trip deserve the attentive, high-end front desk experience this hotel used to offer; relying on a tablet at that moment feels impersonal and unnecessary. The resulting errors were caused by the new procedure, not the staff, who should be trusted with greater responsibility rather than forced into a technology-first process
