La struttura era completamente in ristrutturazione, un cantiere aperto, con nessuna attenzione nemmeno alla sicurezza.
Great location, located near Kandy town. Staff were attentive and welcoming, especially Mr Camilus and Mr Lalith. Hotel reception was quick during our check in despite our late arrival at 10pm.
Hot water was not available in the afternoon, perhaps due to ongoing construction at the resort.

חדרים גדולים עם נוף מקסים להרים . סה״כ מקום נחמד שנעים לשהות בו .
המלון הרגיש קצת כמו מבוך , הוא עדיין בשיפוצים וחלק מהמהעליות לא עובדות .החדר שלנו היה גדול ויפה אך היה בו ריח חריף של טחב . הזרימת מים במקלחת חלשה וגם אין מים פושרים או קרים או רותחים - ביאס קצת . חבל מאוד שאין בריכה למלון זה היה מאוד מוסיף . המרפסת מאוד מאוד גדולה ולא מאובזרת . וכיאה למלון 4 כוכבים מן הראוי היה שיהיה טלוויזיה בכבלים לתיירים ולא ערוצים מקומיים בלבד . למרות כל הרשמים המלון כן נעים , יש לו פוטנציאל אדיר כשהשיפוצים יסתיימו לגמרי .

The Ella Flower hotel is right in front of the walking path which leads to the famous Nine Arches Bridge (20 minutes walk).
For all these reasons, the Ella Flower is most likely the best accomodation option in Ella.
We had a very peaceful and highly pleasant stay.

Wonderful location and views. The rooms were stunning.
The view was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was actually really nice (a 10 minute walking distance from midtown ella). Tuktuks are always available in the area. They provide umbrellas incase of rain. The room was very comfortable and clean and they were generous with the amenities. They have a garden with so many types of plants and birds.
The breakfast was a little limited with its options. Sometimes they dont take payment in dollars so you have to check with them beforehand incase you need to exchange money.
We had an excellent stay at Ella Flower Garden. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to Nine Arch Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, and just 1 km from the centre of Ella. The views are fantastic, and the warm, welcoming hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Lalith and Raj, whose kindness and outstanding service made us feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ella

Good location. Clean. Balconies are beautiful
Staff is overwhelming on checking how everything is going.. but services don’t match it. Bathrooms are underwhelming.. no hook to hang clothes. Shower spouted very hot and cold water suddenly. No iron unless u ask for it. Won’t do housekeeping till you ask for it. And if you give feedback staff is very sensitive they feel very bad.

Otels view amazing , staff are helpful.

They mentioned 24/7 security and reception but nobody was there when we went there for one emergency case, called many times then only got a response. No lift , we used steps
They have to keep a note near balcony door to avoid bugs enter in to the room, we faced a big issue many bugs entered in the room on bed and floor as well, we told them to provide comfortable room 1st they said no room available after a long argument they gave us another room, they switched off all lights on the walkway we used mobile torch to reach reception from the room.

The renovation going on makes the access to some rooms very difficult.
The reception must operate 24 hours for late check ins and guests convenience.
Then location and staff were great.
Property is under construction so there is noise.
Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a view of the mountain to compensate for current renovations. The renovation work did not affect us at all. Room exceptionally spacious, bed large and comfortable. The view from our room was magical. The hotel is next to tea plantations and close to Little Adam’s Peak. We would 100% stay here again.
People in room close to us were partying until past 2.00am. Unfortunately there is no one on reception but you are provided with a number to call for issues/emergencies. The issue was that when we called the number the person on call did not seem to understand the issue or was unwilling to do anything. The hotel had no clear policy about noise curfews, there it should consider this.
From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was exceptional. The front office team provided a warm and professional welcome, housekeeping maintained the room perfectly with great attention to cleanliness and comfort, and the restaurant staff delivered excellent service with delicious food. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thank you all for making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.
