Pros:

Location was amazing just where we wanted to be, three steps off the Charles bridge near a shop for basics and close to restaurants and pubs. Room well equipped has a little fridge and tea:coffee making facilities. Small fan and iron and board plus a small safe.

Cons:

No room view from the window, the windows are not easy to open and when did open the smell of food was awful. Being woken up in the night two out of three nights at about 3am by drunken guests.

Ordentliches Hotel ohne AC im Hochsommer daher schwierig.
Pros:

Schön, sauber und gross. Ideale Lage direkt im Zentrum.

Cons:

Kein AC, Bad etwa unpraktisch mit einer hochgestellten Dusche

Pros:

Priestranná a kvalitne vybavená izba pre troch v historickej budove. Vynikajúca poloha. Izba čistá, útulná. Popis na bookingu zodpovedal realite. Bezproblémová komunikácia aj check in.. Izba bola pripravená dokonca skôr, o čom sme dostali správu. Potešil kávovar na kapsule a rýchlovarná kanvica aj s kávou. Napriek polohe v rušnej časti mesta, do izby v noci hluk neprenikal. Ak bude voľné, radi prídeme znovu.

Cons:

Žiadne negatíva. Iba dve poznámky. Na mňa moc mäkký matrac, ale manželka a dcéra si pochvaľovali. Pre seniorov môže byť problém vyšší schod do sprchového kúta, nám to neprekážalo.

Ampia camera con caffè e thè a disposizione, materasso top, bagno spazioso, siamo stati davvero bene. Ottimo il market di fronte ben fornito, prendevamo caffè e dolci per la colazione in camera.
La posizione centrale eccellente a 2 passi da Ponte Carlo, abbiamo girato Praga tutta a piedi.
L'host preciso e puntuale ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni e risposto ad ogni richiesta, molto apprezzato il deposito bagagli.

Amazing Central Place in Prague
Pros:

This was a great place to stay in Prague with an amazing location at the heart of historical Prague and very comfortable bed , I would definitely stay here again if I revisit Prague. I would highly recommend it.

Cons:

The only thing I didnt like I'd say was the lack of air-conditioning but it seems like that is pretty common across this part of Europe, so I would say don't make that make you not reserve a room here. Because its a great place to stay .

Ho soggiornato al Mostecká 12 Residence e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal Ponte Carlo, nel cuore di Malá Strana, ideale per visitare Praga comodamente a piedi.

La struttura è accogliente, molto pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Ho apprezzato molto anche l'atmosfera dell'edificio storico, che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire assistenza e consigli utili. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben organizzato.

Consiglio vivamente questo residence a chi cerca un alloggio elegante, tranquillo e in una posizione strategica per scoprire le meraviglie di Praga. Se dovessi tornare in città, sceglierei sicuramente di soggiornare qui di nuovo!

Great location, lovely room
Pros:

Great location, lovely room - very clan and comfortable. Access by a keybox which was fine but always risky when arriving late. Lots to do within walking distance.

Cons:

A bit noisy outside at street level (I needed the windows open in the warm weather) but it was fine.

No AC :( but it seems it is regular problem
in Prague. There was +30 C outside, inside was even more, so it was a bit difficult at nights, we kept windows open but then the noise was even bigger…

Lokalizacja perfekcyjna. Łatwe do znalezienia. Świetnie opisany dostęp i w rzeczywistości taki był. Przestronne pokoje
