Pros:

We are not satisfied with the hotel service. The lights are not working properly, there has been no water supply since morning, and the LCD/TV is also not working. Last night, we ordered dinner, but we were told that the items mentioned in the menu were not available.

We are very unhappy with all your services and are facing a lot of inconvenience because of these issues.

Do not stay here. High price for very small dirty room.
Pros:

The staff forced to give review infront of her.
Very disappointed with the hotel overall and I was wondering why there are such a good reviews for this property. Now I understood. The rooms were dirty smelly and not fresh towels were provided despite us asking several times

Cons:

Nothing very disappointed in my experience
The rooms are very small and had to pay 1k extra for a little larger room so that we can at last comfortably open our luggage

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Infa in Amritsar. The cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive and made the experience very comfortable.

A special mention to Naman and Prabhjyot for their exceptional support and warm hospitality—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The night staff also deserves appreciation for being attentive and helpful at all hours.

The hotel’s location is another big plus—it’s at a convenient walking distance from Town Hall and all the famous eating joints, making it perfect for exploring the city.

The polite and courteous nature of the entire team, along with the overall comfort of the stay, made it a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Pros:

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone near golden temple, amritsar.
