Cons:

Im Profil bei booking ist die falsche Adresse hinterlegt. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, weil man außerhalb der Sprechzeiten anruft und sich per Mail melden soll. Nach längerem Suchen habe ich die Unterkunft dann gefunden.
Fernsehr war defekt
Ich hatte eine Zimmer mit Stockbett und im oberen Bett konnte man nicht aufrecht sitzen

Pros:

One block from paradeplatz, where most of the train stops, so very east access to public transport. But as it was a block away, it was mostly very quite. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned.

Cons:

There is no reception desk. When I tried to extend one more night, there was a bit of trouble with the card keys, where there was no one who can help us immediately. But I eventually was able to talk to the Cafe and get help relatively fast.

Pros:

The room is comfortable, spacious, super clean, with aircondition.
The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The check-in and out were easy, there is no stuff, but I recieved and email 2 days before check-in with procedures.
It is great value for money.
The hotel is located in the city center, 15-20 minutes by-walking from Train Central Station.
It would be great if there is small fridge in the room.
The images of the rooms are very true and descriptive.

Einfache, aber ruhige und saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in bester Lage - sehr zentral und zugleich ruhig. Der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe hat problemlos funktioniert. Das einfache, aber neue ausgestattete Zimmer mit schickem Bad und Balkon war zum Hof orientiert, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück im Mood Café vielfältig und lecker in angenehmem Ambiente.

Cons:

Das Regal im unteren Stock des Stockbetts hängt so tief und kragt so weit aus, dass man sich daran den Kopf stößt, was die Übernachtung beeinträchtigen kann.
Außerdem fehlte ein Hinweis darauf, wo man das Frühstück bekommt (im Mood Café im Erdgeschoss, außerhalb der Unterkunft).

Die Lage war genial, alles was man braucht in der Umgebung. Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer, Aufzug im Gebäude und alles absolut sauber. A++ für die Reinigung!

Cons:

Es war hellhörig und die Kissen waren überhaupt nicht unsers, Bett insgesamt zu hart. Wir hätten uns einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gewünscht, nur als Idee, selbstverständlich kein Muss (wir wussten, dass es das nicht gibt)

Pros:

Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war freundlich. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder.
