The location of the hotel was great but this place was not up to the standard of a Days Inn property
Pros:

Great location for our plans. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Tub and bathroom were not clean - hair and debris on floor and strands of hair stuck to the wall. And a roach was seen running under the refridgerator.

Cons:

Carpet needs to be replaced or shampooed
It wasn’t actually dirty,i walked around in white socks and they remained white! Just old stains i think.

Unacceptable conditions

Comfort of bed

Cons:

Upon check in , given a key only to open door and see an untouched room from previous guests. I was asked to come back in 30 min. Had dinner came back 90 min to find a room still untouched. I finally was given another room. Not happy about any of this as I was traveling for work and very tired already

overall we had a good stay. was very convenient to go to our concerts outside at Hollywood casino
Pros:

staff was very friendly and helpful. room was very clean. beds and pillows were comfortable. breakfast was good

Cons:

rooms need updated and what is broken needs fixed ie; the wash cloth bar above the soap was broken off. lights between the beds didn't work

Due to the cost of the room and location to get to Hollywood Casino it was well worth the price.
Pros:

Convenient to location of concert.

Cons:

Was a little noisy when the room upstairs ran water. There was a high-pitched squeal. Other than that, it wasn’t terrible.

Dirty room with no AC
Pros:

It was close to the Grantville concert venue.

Cons:

The AC was not working at all and it was very hot outside and inside. The phone was dead,, the room was dirty and smelled like Marijuana (very strongly!) Dirty towels were left in the bathroom.
