Would never consider staying here again… just not good for beautiful Sedona
Pros:

Room was neat and clean with tile floors, bed was OK, bathroom was very tiny but shower pressure was great. Room had a working fridge, but no safe…was close to small swimming pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, minimal effort to make it healthy or flavorful or offer any hot choices (only paper packets of oatmeal and hot water from coffee machine). Coffee machine in room did not work (would not pierce coffee pods); microwave in room worked only partly (table did not rotate). Lighting in room was barely acceptable. Clerk at check-in said no ground floor rooms available - at age 82+ with heart issues and a spouse with asthma, carrying heavy luggage to second floor was not acceptable. She claimed no hotels in Sedona would guarantee a ground floor room. I protested that their website did not clarify that no elevator was available and the Booking.com info did not offer any choice of floor and the hotel should accommodate elderly, less mobile clients.After 5 minutes of my insisting, she magically “found” a ground floor room. But, that night it was clear the hotel was only 1/3 full! Many empty ground floor rooms were available. I think she was trying to give us a less expensive room as we had used Booking.com and they wanted to save ground floor for higher paying guests. Before arrival, we also received emails from the hotel flogging their poolside cabanas at $125 reserved fee for their tiny pool! Definitely not worth it! Overall, a very bad feeling to the property.

Great place to stay for a few days with our dog.
Pros:

Very clean room. Staff helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking. Great location on the main street in Sedona near restaurants and other shopping. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Outside seating on balcony/entrance.

Cons:

All was great for our stay.

Way overpriced for what is offered. Would not come back.

The location is fine. And free parking.

Cons:

The hotel makes no effort to make the room cozy or inviting, despite the very high rates !! The lighting is extremely fluorescent and just awful. Our sheets were covered in what appeared to be dog hair. And there is absolutely no sound proofing. We got little sleep as we heard every single step taken and word spoken by the upstairs neighbors.

Cons:

The rolling desk chair did not have back support and the other chair was too low to the floor so I had to lay in bed to watch tv. No iron in the room but staff brought one on request. The breakfast only had carbs. No hot food.
