Excellent hotel, but a very disappointing experience after check-out
Pros:

Excellent hotel overall — beautiful rooms, great facilities, very comfortable stay and high-quality service during our visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious billing issue after check-out, involving charges for services we did not request or use and repeated attempts to charge our card despite disputing them.

Cons:

Very slow check-in. Despite an entire busload of guests arriving at the same time, only two receptionists were handling the check-in process. For a hotel of such a high category, I would also have expected a wider selection of breakfast options.

Ogólnie ok, ale po hotelu tej klasy spodziewałam się trochę czego innego

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania, wygodne łóżka, automaty na korytarzach z wodą i kostkarka do lodów

Kaucja przy zameldowaniu o której nikt nie mówił wcześniej, pokoje wymagają remontu widać uplyw czasu, wanna w łazience, cieknąca słuchawka prysznicowa, drogi parking, przy zameldowaniu totalny brak informacji o tym co znajduje się i gdzie w hotelu - rano błądziłam szukając restauracji śniadaniowej.
