Doskonała lokalizacja! Bardzo gustownie urządzony pokój z przytulnym oswietleniem, piękne kolory waniliowo beżowe i styl trochę art Déco. W łazience miękkie ręczniki i przyjemne płyny do ciała i włosów. Niezwykle wygodne łóżka i miła pościel. Szafa ze światełkiem wewnątrz, deska i żelazko ( wykorzystałam).
Przepyszne, bogate śniadania pięknie podane. Doskonała kawa ( świetne ekspresy w sali jadalnej w trzech miejscach, więc nie było kolejek...super).
Śniadania na 1.piętrze to też plus...widać więcej i więcej światła od rana.
Na korytarzach ekspresy do wody i kostkarki do lodu, w pokoju śliczne karafki do wody.
Consierge bardzo miły i triskliwy. Sam zapytał czy czegoś potrzebujemy- kieliszki do wina dostarczono do pokoju-dziękujemy. Z chęcią znów wrócimy.
Brak mini ekspresiku do kawy w pokoju ( kawa rozpuszczalna w papierku w tak pięknych okolicznościach to nie to).
I rzecz, na którą hotel nie ma wpływu ( niestety)- inni goście, którzy marudzą przy śniadaniu i skarżą się głośno kelnerom w stylu: "jak byłam w Wiedniu też w Sheratonie, to..." no chyba, że warto jakieś dobre praktyki z Wiednia zaadoptować :)

Το λουτρο να είχε ντουζιερα και να,έλλειπε η μοκέτα.. Προπληρωμένη η διαμονή μου κράτησαν εγγύηση όταν πήγα την οποία 5 μέρες μετά το Chek out δεν μου έχει επιστραφεί ακόμη. Και όταν ζήτησα να μου καλέσουν ταξι να με πάει στο αεροδρόμιο μου είπαν ότι θα με πάει ο οδηγός τους με διπλάσια χρήματα.
How is this even a 5 star hotel, let alone a Sheraton...? This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm happy I was only there for 2 days. The staff barely speaks English, they don't smile, they don't look you in the eye, don't make you feel welcome or heard. They never respond to calls from room to reception. They don't respond to calls to hotel line. There's no coffee machine in the room, and on Saturdays the coffee is only available as of 7am at breakfast buffet, or 8am at lobby restaurant. So if you have an early departure, your 5 star hotel can't make you coffee. Unlike the usual in 5 stars hotel, the breakfast buffet is not impressive. The rooms hallways smell bad and I didn't see that the rooms or bathrooms were neat clean, there was dirt and residues in the sink and toilet... yellowish greyish towels and bathrobes... Not worth the price or the stay. One doesn't feel home away from home, or cared for as should be in 5 stars hotels. Never again.

obsługa przy zameldowaniu. Odmówiono mi wydania klucza do pokoju mimo pełniej opłaty pobytu przed przyjazdem - powód - odmowa wpłaty 300 zł preautoryzacji - brak informacji o takiej konieczności przed przyjazdem mimo komunikacji z obiektem. Jak już udało się dostać klucz, to usłyszałam, że musze zapłacić natychmiast za parking z góry za 2 doby bo goście wyjeżdżają nie płacąc za parking. Dodam, że hotel posiał moje pełne dane ponieważ brałam fakturę. Zdecydowanie poczułam się jak oszust i potencjalny złodziej.
Hotel miał idealną lokalizacja jak dla mnie, miły i pomocny personel.
Wygodne łóżko, duży przestronny pokój.
Śniadanie dosyć smaczne.
Ogólnie czysto.
Słabe sałatki i dosyć drogie w restauracji hotelowej.
Drogi parking podziemny.
Dziwny zapach na korytarzu na 4 piętrze.

The hotel security is not up to 5-star standards. The staff should be reviewed, because it is unacceptable for a guest to be rudely told to get up from a sofa simply because it belonged to the restaurant, which was closed at that moment.
I was stared at in an unpleasant way by a member of the security team for more than a minute, while I was simply waiting for my friend to come out of the bathroom. It was a lack of courtesy, especially towards a guest who was respectful of the spaces and of the property.
That said, the reception staff, the waiters and the housekeeping ladies were kind and helpful.
