Bardzo ładne wnętrza, przyjemna, bezpieczna okolica, woda i lód dostępne 24/7 duży plus.
Na pewno nie jest to jeden z najlepszych hoteli w których byłam, różne niedopatrzenia jak np. brak dwóch szlafrokówi oraz kapci, gdzie jasno była zaznaczona obecność dwóch gości. Brak sprzątania raz dziennie (co np. w innych konkurencyjnych hotelach w Warszawie było normą) jedynie wyrzucenie śmieci z kosza i delikatne poprawienie pościeli. Obsługa przy wymeldowaniu niestety nawet nie zadała pytania o jakość pobytu, a Pana z recepcji jedynie interesował stan minibarku. Jak na tę cenę i standardy obowiązujące w 5 gwiazdkowych hotelach jestem rozczarowana.
Sheraton to marka sama w sobie wiec zazwyczaj starają się utrzymać standard na wysokim poziomie.
Jeżeli dla kogoś ważny jest aspekt snu to sheraton spełnia ten wymóg bo zarówno pościel jak i łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacyjnie tez super. Śniadanie bez zarzutu. Było cicho. Piękne korytarze do pokoi oraz cała architektura , człowiek czuje się jak w Nowym Yorku .
Nie podobało mi się ,ze nie idą z czasem. Telewizory bardzo stare wiec dostęp do Nettflixa jest niemożliwy. Lodówka ciepła w pokoju z napojami. Klimatyzacja działała troszkę lepiej przy ustawieniu 15 stopni. Bł problem z kupieniem śniadania na recepcji.

We needed a room change due to bugs getting through the windows at night, which was handled efficiently.
Where to start?
I'm really struggling to understand how Sheraton receives a 5 star rating for this hotel.
The level of cleanliness is really poor. The bathroom is not cleaned properly and has residue and hair from previous guests on the chrome and bath area.
Carpets in the room are stained and need a thorough clean. Even the guest slippers had been reused and had dirty soles... and you feel you must wear slippers due to the carpets.
The minibar fridges in the rooms are switched off! OK, they do provide ice machines on every floor, but it's odd to have a fridge which you are unable to use.

Na 6 piętrze słychać windy w pokoju , jak chcesz rano dłużej pospać to trochę przeszkadza hałas .
