A great location and comfortable, clean rooms, but the overall experience was marred by a cold and unwelcoming check-in
Pros:

The location is fantastic, and the room itself was both exceptionally clean and comfortable. Structurally and aesthetically, the accommodations met all expectations.

Cons:

The front desk service during check-in was highly disappointing. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly stiff, cold, and unwelcoming, which set a poor tone for the arrival. However, I want to credit the bellstaff—the gentleman who handled our luggage (Spanish gentleman) was remarkably nice, helpful, and provided the warm hospitality the front desk lacked.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw
Pros:

Good vibe, location, excellent staff ,clean rooms, amenities

Cons:

When I arrived by car, nobody helped me with parking the car, so I had to find a public parking space before checking in.

Una estancia confortable
Pros:

Desayuno excelente y muy variado. Las instalaciones limpias y modernas. El personal muy atento incluso nos dieron recomendaciones de adonde ir. El hotel está ubicado al lado de un hermoso parque y cerca al área vieja de la ciudad que se puede ir caminando.

Cons:

El shampoo y especialmente el acondicionador para las mujeres de pelo largo fue difícil desenredar el cabello.
