An absolutely fantastic stay with outstanding service and great facilities!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location was super convenient. Truly a wonderful experience.

Det var byggeaktivitet på begge sider. Vi fikk et rom med dør inn til et tilstøtende rom. Den var dårlig isolert og det var altfor lytt. Vi fikk bytte rom uten problem

Pros:

Очень стильный и красивый отель. Везде безумно вкусно пахнет. В целом довольно контрастно относительно Нью-Йорка, где почти нет ничего достойного за такие деньги. Близко к морю, есть собственные шезлонги. На территории отеля - бассейн с удобными лежаками. В самом отеле отличный ресторан, где мы завтракали каждое утро. При этом цена проживания была сильно ниже, чем у подобных отелей, возможно, связано со стройкой, которая была рядом. Но слышно ее не было. Парковка на ночь выходит примерно 45$. Подъехать на своей машине и разгрузиться 20 мин дают без дополнительной платы.

Cons:

Это минус самого Майями, а не отеля. Я не знала, что в Майями ужасные водоросли. Возможно, наиболее остро это было в июле 2026. Почитала, что проблема довольно давняя.
А так, если снова ехать в Майями, то только в этот же отель.

My best holiday and hotel experience in Miami!
Pros:

I have stayed in Miami hotels 3 times during last few years, and Shelborne by Proper was by far the best experience I have had. Everything was perfect the staff, the cleanliness, comfort, availability of different services, location, etc. And best of all, value for money was maximum!

Not a Bad Choise, But Expensive what you get for
Pros:

Overall, the hotel has a great location and is conveniently close to the beach. We enjoyed using the hotel's private beach area, where the sun loungers were comfortable, and the staff there were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel's location and overall design are very nice. However, the front desk staff were particularly unhelpful. We were told that check-in was at **4:00 PM**, yet we were not given our room until **4:30 PM**. As a result, we lost most of the day we had planned to enjoy at the hotel.

Similarly, on the day of departure, someone knocked on our door promptly at **11:00 AM** to ask whether we were checking out. Considering we paid **USD 750 per night**, we expected a much warmer welcome and a more accommodating level of service.

Apart from the swimming pool, the hotel does not offer any standout amenities or facilities that justify its price.

If you are only planning to stay for one or two nights, the location is definitely a positive. However, overall I found the hotel to be overpriced for the experience it provides.
