Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent, central location (near Champs-Élysées / easy access)
Friendly, helpful and professional staff
Comfortable beds and generally clean, cozy rooms
Good price–performance / strong value
Chic, pleasant hotel atmosphere
Cons:
Occasional cleanliness failures (rubbish left, cigarette smell on arrival)
No in-room coffee/tea maker or glassware reported by multiple guests
Parking issues: paid offsite parking and may be unsuitable for large cars
Breakfast could be more varied (more fruit requested)
Some room details: shower fittings with limescale; double bed ~150 cm may be small for some

Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed signals: many guests note clean rooms, but several reports of rubbish left in/around beds, cigarette smell on arrival and a serious hygiene complaint (sock over alarm) lower the score.
Service
8.85
Consistently praised staff: described as very helpful, friendly and professional across multiple reviews, creating a positive guest experience.
Location
9.25
Very strong: repeatedly described as perfect, close to Champs-Élysées/Eiffel proximity and central — a clear highlight for many guests.
Room Quality
7.5
Generally comfortable rooms and beds frequently mentioned; some negatives include bed width (~150 cm) not ideal for all guests and shower fittings with limescale.
Amenities
6
Noted shortcomings: multiple guests reported no in-room coffee/tea maker or glassware, parking is offsite/paid and may be unsuitable for large cars, lowering this category.
Value for Money
8.75
Several comments highlight a good price–performance relationship and excellent overall value, supporting an above-target score.
Food and Beverage
7
Limited commentary focused on breakfast: generally acceptable but some guests wanted more/varied fruit and options, so slightly below top marks.
Overall Experience
8.55
Predominantly positive overall stays — cozy, chic atmosphere and very good service — tempered by occasional significant cleanliness or amenity issues for some guests.

Pure French Elegance & Perfect Location! 🇫🇷✨
Pros:

From the moment you walk in, Hôtel Chateaubriand makes you feel like you’ve entered the world of French châteaux. The front desk team is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need.
Beautifully decorated rooms, plush bedding with top-tier linens, and charming French balconies that give you that iconic Parisian vibe.Even though it’s literally located right off the Champs-Élysées (next to the Apple Store) and close to all the main sightseeings, the street itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. An absolute luxury experience!
