Overall stay was very good. The receptionist guy was unfair. The fridge items were charged.
Pros:

The reception staff made us to wait for very long. Customers who came after me (were speaking the same language) were considered first and given room before us.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, bienveillant et au petit soin, en passant par l'accueil, les techniciens, la femme de chambre, la restauration.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très varié et copieux.
Hôtel bien situé et très propre.
Equipe très réactive au moindre souci.

Cons:

L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale, on entend un peu trop les portes qui claquent, bruits dans le couloir.
Le confort du canapé-lit est à revoir bien que mes enfants ne s'en soient pas spécialement plaint. Disons qu'il a tendance à se creuser au milieu.

Un poco decepcionada

La amabilidad de los trabajadores

Cons:

Las habitaciones principalmente el baño tenía muchos desperfectos, la bañera bastante vieja se atascó varias veces, el secador que no funcionaba, la taza muy manchada, por más que estuviera limpia se ve muy deteriorado todo. El desayuno por más que tenía muchas cosas no estaba muy rico y sin contar el café que estaba horrible.
Para ser un hotel con las estrellas que tienen esperaba más.

Cons:

Номери втомлені, обивка на меблях дуже зношена, в цілому номери потребують реновації, стан реально на 3 з 5. Також не працювало ТВ.
