Bathroom (tub layout) - water was spilling over, the drain seemed to be clogged as the water was draining very slowly. Could add some more amenities.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer wurde uns schon vor der üblichen Check-in Zeit gegeben, was uns natürlich sehr gefallen hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Frühstück hat uns auch gefallen, es gab viel Auswahl und alles war frisch. Die Lage ist klasse, in der Nähe von Metro Stationen mit guter Anbindung zur Altstadt Lissabons.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte ein Problem, es kam nämlich gleichzeitig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf und dem Hahn sodass die Wanne beim Duschen schnell volllief. Der Fernseher war etwas altertümlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach war leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen, wobei wir uns darauf schon sehr gefreut hatten als wir das Hotel gebucht hatten.

Great location and breakfast
Pros:

Location is great (bus, subway, supermarket, restaurants)
Good room size, they are cleaned and towels changed everyday
Breakfast very good and also the staff is super friendly and very helpful

Cons:

Cannot be rated 4 stars. It’s old. Needs renovation. Some bedsheets are ripped.
No soundproofing. We hear the planes, the neighbors flushing, banging the doors, having sxx…
Staff at the reception not so friendly.
