clean, nice property, staff need to be more helpful and ore cheerful.

clean room, breakfast was decent

Cons:

staff seems unhappy, unhelpful when I needed transport to airport, seems like just work for staff, rarely saw staff smile, just seem like they are just going through the motion, doesnt seem enthusiatic about the work.

Pros:

La localisation entre les deux lignes de métro (verte et rouge), le restaurant et les buffets (soir et petit déjeuner) vraiment très variés et délicieux, l'accueil du personnel, le calme.

Cons:

La qualité du deuxième lit dans la chambre : un canapé lit avec un matelas en très mauvais état, vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix et de la réputation de l'établissement. C'est dommage.

Piscine pas disponible!!!, informations sur booking pas assez visible, il faut aller la chercher pourtant je l’ai mise comme critère de recherche car c’était une des raisons pour avoir choisi cet hôtel. Grosse déception en arrivant ! Franchement ça devrait être écrit en rouge et en grand ! Plus de visibilité et ne pas figurer dans le moteur de recherche avec piscine!

Position pas top, LOIN DU CENTRE !

Clim trop forte au restaurant on avait froid. Insonorisation très mauvaise on avait l’impression d’avoir nos voisins dans notre chambre. Taille des lits trop petits 160 pour deux. Vitre cassée dans chambre 307 pas rassurant. Prix du parking indiqué sur booking à 10 € par jour alors qu’il est en réalité 16€. Les info sur booking ne sont pas à jour.

Pros:

Me gusto el tamaño de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo aceptable. La cama agradable.

Cons:

NO hubo piscina, cuando hice la reserva se me informo que el hotel contaba con piscina y luego al llegar todo el tiempo estuvo en mantenimiento.
