Pros:

Номер просторный, светлый. В ванной большая душевая кабинка, удобная раковина, большое зеркало, отличное освещение. Есть небольшая мини-кухня, плита, посуда, микроволновка. Правда, не хватало электрочайника и кофемашины.
Недалеко есть недорогие супермаркеты Lidl, Aldi. Удобное расположение возле остановки трамвая, которым можно доехать до центра и до центрального вокзала, недалеко станция метро.
Персонал дружелюбный, быстро выполняют просьбы. У нас в номере не хватало посуды. Я обратилась на reception,, и они быстро решили вопрос.
И очень удобно, что можно оставить вещи, пока ждёшь своего поезда или самолёта, и свободно погулять по городу.
Рекомендуем этот отель. С удовольствием забронируем снова, когда приедем во Франкфурт.

Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Betten waren soweit bequem und es gab Kaffee im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist scheinbar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Teppiche! sind ziemlich abgenutzt um das nett auszudrücken. Duschkabine sieht man das Alter an, wirklich hygienisch finde ich das nicht.
Es riecht nach Chlor im Bad und auch die Handtücher riechen sehr streng nach Chlor. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer.
Da der Fahrstuhl ausgefallen war (mehrere Tage) bot man uns an den Personalaufzug benutzen u zu können, das war ein Fehler. Um diesen zu erreichen Muss man durch Räume die Gäste normalerweise nicht sehen. Es war dreckig, hat gestunken, so schlimm dass ich mich fast übergeben habe. der Fahrstuhl war dreckig und hat ebenfalls schlimm gestunken. Sollte das Haus jemals Speisen anbieten, rate ich dringend außerhalb des Hotels zu essen.

Plaza Hotel & Living Frankfurt offers a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood with excellent transpo
Pros:

The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood away from the busy center, but thanks to the excellent public transport system, getting downtown was incredibly easy and hassle-free.

It is also very convenient to have several grocery stores nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful - super friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There was really nothing to complain about during my stay.

Нам понравилось, что в номере была мини-кухня с набором посуды, чистота и тишина. Сам район, нюгде располоден отель, очень чистый. Не проблема добраться до отеля в любое время суток. Транспорт ходит регулярно.

Nun ja, für das Wochenende war es ok, aber aufgrund der Umstände würde ich es wohl nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Die Betten waren ok, die Nähe zu S- und U-Bahn super, der Kaffee an der Rezeption war lecker.

Cons:

Mich hat etwas gestört, dass das ganze Wochenende ein Piepton vom Feuerwehr-Einsatztableau im Bereich der Rezeption zu hören war, dass beide Aufzüge kaputt waren (wir durften aber den Personalaufzug nutzen, das die Dachterrasse so schmuddelig war(eigentlich könnte sie so schön sein) und das das Zimmer bei Anreise noch nicht gereinigt war (wurde dann aber kurzfristig erledigt)…..
