So good to be there again!
Pros:

My husband and I have been at the Madison many times. We just returned from an 8 night stay. The renovations in the lobby, bar and restaurant are splendid.
As always, we enjoyed the impeccably prepared large variety breakfast. It's a great way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean. The housekeeping staff excel at their profession and obviously take pride in their work.
A special thank you to Sanjay (world's best concierge) for helping to arrange a couple special requests on very short notice. (The vip DIOR tickets especially!)
The front desk staff are wonderful.
This may seem like a small thing but it was hugely important to me:
The availability of having change made at the front desk allowed me to tip daily for coffee brought to the room, housekeeping, the bar and for breakfast. If I didn't have access to this convenience at the front desk, it would have been difficult to tip on a regular basis.
One very small suggestion: The upholstered bench under the window was badly stained and could use a cleaning, certainly a normal issue with frequent use.
I very much look forward to returning.

Extraordinary luxury boutique hotel with AMAZING team!
Pros:

The property is nestled in the heart of quaint boutiques and legendary restaurants but what makes this hotel extraordinary is the service and hospitality delivered by the entire team! They go out of their way to make your visit magical and memorable. They customize your stay so that you feel you are the only guest in the hotel. The Chef Concierge, Sanjay Kaloya has received international recognition for earning the golden keys for inspiring service. His Midas touch is infused in the culture of the entire team. They welcomed me like family and upon departure they had made such an indelible impression, I was already booking future stays! I can’t say enough about this hidden gem!

Pros:

Recently renovated, the hotel is lovely and ideally located for both Left and Right Bank excursions. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Elegant and cool property
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable, clean, amazing breakfast, impeccable service. It has gotten expensive, but it’s worth it. The art exhibited on the ground floor rotates artists which adds an elegant vibe to the property. Doesn’t disappoint.

The Hotel Madison: A gem in the heart of the Latin Quarter.
Pros:

Sitting kitty corner from Les Deux Magots and the St. Germain du Pres church, The Madison Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The hotel itself is charming, with friendly, attentive staff.
-- The rooms by Parisian standards are large and comfortable and the cost is reasonable. Our room # 45, also offered a beautiful view of the street and church.
-- Getting around is easy because a Metro stop is literally across the street, and grocery stores and patisseries, as well as a delightful ice cream shop, are all nearby.
-- In addition to all the shops and restaurants on St. Germain Boulevard, the St. Sulpice,Luxembourg Gardens, and the Pantheon are just a short walk nearby.
-- All in all a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend!

Most of our stay. No apologies. Unacceptable
Room smelled terribly on arrival becasue the cleaning staff had left rottting fruit in the room fridge!!
Also cleaning staff left
Cleaning supplies and dirty mops
left outside rooms at the top of the stairs on each floor most days! For hours..
This is not acceptable for a hotel like yours
