We had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and choosing the junior suite with a window was absolutely the right decision. The room was spacious, beautifully equipped, very comfortable, and spotless. The view from the window really nice. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A hotel that truly makes you feel welcome.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel is well located near the old city, and most attractions are within walking distance. Also, there are many restaurants close by.
Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is elevator access. The room was decently sized with a large bathroom.
The front desk (especially one person with beard) was extremely helpful. Another friend of ours who fell sick during the stay had to look for a doctor, and this person was very helpful. He called several clinics and found out that was open and closest to us. He even helped us get a cab to go to the clinic.
The manager at the front desk was also very supportive of us carrying breakfast up to our friend’s room. He even approached us the next day and offered his help.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Cafeau de la mic dejun era slaba, iar mancarea nu prea variata.
Hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with some of the best chocolate shops nearby. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Front desk team is knowledgeable and helpful with issues. Room is a good size and very clean. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from Central station. I would definitely stay here again.
Camera molto luminosa, letto confortevole e bagno grande.
Poca precisione sulle informazioni ricevute alla Reception. Ad esempio, domenica il bar è stato chiuso tutto il giorno e non ci è stato comunicato. Peccato! Tenuto anche conto che in entrambe le camere avevamo optato per la "green choice" con drink in omaggio.
Avevamo richiesto 2 camere con letti separati. Una ci è stata accordata, l'altra no (e non ci è stato comunicato). Una camera aveva in dotazione accappatoi e ciabattine, l'altra - con tariffa più alta - non ne aveva.
