Beautiful hot with great breakfast in the center of town. Staff is very friendly :)
The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

El olor de la habitación en la noche, visite en verano y al parecer el olor de alcantarilla era frecuente Y lo otro el colchón estaba duro.

Hotel is perfectly located on Grand Sablon place which is central location in Brussels. We were in a room at the back, so very quiet, even facing internal green gardens, very nice. Staff very welcoming and professional.
Nothing really. Only we had to leave very early to catch our flight and couldn't enjoy the breakfast. Hopefully we can have a go next time we are staying there again during our next visit in Brussels.
Clean, comfortable, safe, friendly and very personable- huge towels, comfortable bed but most of all, helpful and caring front desk staff and fabulous cleaning staff

Nice room and location
Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber doch ruhig. Wir buchten ein Zimmer zur Seitengasse, so konnten wir nachts das Fenster öffnen, es war schön ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es hat für alle etwas.
Das Zimmer wirkt modern, müsste aber wieder mal etwas in Schuss gebracht werden. Im Bad gab es keine Klobürste, die Abdeckung der Heizung fiel ab und an der einen Seite des Waschtischs war eine undefinierbare Verfärbung.
