Excellent hotel. Would stay there again.
Pros:

On arrival we were delayed because we had been allocated double rooms rather than twins. But the hotel were able to change our rooms so all worked out well. Very pleased with the rooms and hotel.

Cons:

I didn't eat breakfast because of the lack of vegan options available (no vegan sausage).

Esperienza deludente per essere un NH Collection.Abbiamo pagato 1,396,17 euro per 4 notti con colazione. L'accoglienza è stata fredda ,con la richiesta immediata del saldo della transazione appena varcata la soglia. La nota peggiore è stata la gestione del cliente: in camera mancavano le pantofole del kit di cortesia. Quando siamo scese a chiederle, l'impiegato alla reception di nome Nicolas si è dimostrato estremamente nervoso e maleducato, dicendo che dovevamo chiederle noi.Un comportamento del genere è inammissibile in una struttura che si professa di alto livello. Non ci torneremo.

Great stay, close to everything but quiet, more local atmosphere
Pros:

Location is lovely, close to the centre as well as the central train station (if you are coming from the aiport, it is about 10 min walk to the hotel), but not too hectic or loud. There are a plenty of nice restaurants around.

Cons:

There is really nothing not to like - I have stayed in this hotel several times while in Brussels and have always had a very good experience.
