Not as luxurious as it sounded.
Pros:

Very modern (albeit cheap style).
Good bath room and shower.
Nice backyard view.
Perfect central location with many good restaurants and sights nearby.

Cons:

Some people at reception very nice, others very arrogant.
Bar closed at 10 so we were sent outside.
Got two small beds instead of one large eventhough I took a more expensive room.
Rooms not really soundproof.

Un Hotel con encanto!
Pros:

Las vistas de nuestra habitacion eran preciosas, la habitacion con mucho encanto y el personal muy profesional. Tienen en el lobby salones para leer o solo pasar un rato. La calle donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y con encanto, y caminando estas al lado de todo. Definitivamente repetiriamos!

Grand Sablon Brüssel
Pros:

- Top Lage, vom Bahnhof zu Fuß in 10 min. erreichbar, Bus 95 Haltestelle unweit vom Hotel
- sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
- Sablon ist ein sehr schönes Viertel, eine Vielzahl von Lokalen und Restaurants sind nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt
- geräumige Zimmer und bequeme Betten
- Online-Check-out fanden wir super, einfach Karte auf dem Zimmer liegen lassen und Rechnung kommt per Mail
- Den Wagen mit Süßigkeiten in der Hotel Lobby :-), sehr fein

Reliable, very good hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The breakfast is one of the very best. I has a certain price, of course, but it can easily made into a brunch. The location is extremely good, on Place Sablon. The restaurant (Hispania) is excellent, certainly not inexpensive but not really more expensive than the overall scene in Brussels. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and they fulfilled my request for an upper-floor room with a view.

Cons:

Just about all the amenities were very good, but there were a couple of (small) problems. The TV periodically had a couple of issues with poor reception (which might have had to due with heavy usage at some times of day). The room safe had problems with buttons not working well. The wifi dropped the connection a bit too much. But these were not major issues.
