This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights while we explored Santa Fe. The HVAC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows on the bed. The location is close (within walking distance) to most services you'd need.
There were no USB outlets by the bed, which is a bummer in this day and age. We only found decaf k-cups in the coffee maker, had to get regular ones from the front desk.

Le petit-déjeuner était moyen, la personne qui nous avait accueillis n'était pas très aimable. J'avais déjà fait mon pre-checking mais à notre arrivée il n'avait même pas trouvé ma réservation ni mon adresse email. Je lui avais présenté notre n° de réservation sur mon smartphone qu'il n'avait même pas daigné regarder.
Nous étions 2 couples et nous avions réservé une suite et une chambre double, mais il avait mélangé les chambres quand il nous les avait attribuées. Il disait que c'était Booking.com qui avait décidé ainsi.

The worst hotel in Santa Fe! Terrible customer service from the manager. We had to extend our stay for work reasons, and it was a total headache! The pool was closed without any explanation, and the breakfast was undercooked on some occasions! We will never come back!

No limpiando las habitaciones , nos hicieron desocupar el comedor por que iban a limpiar cuando estábamos desayunando , problemas a la hra de pagar.
