Bugs, dirty, incredibly rude staff

The rudest hostess I have ever met. She called my husband, some filthy names and screamed up and down the halls. No apologies for the live bedbug in our bed left us in the hall in our pajamas while she typed on her computer the actual manager was very bored with our story when we expressed our concerns to him the next morning, the room was filthy as you can see from the attached pictures the worst state I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The room was nice, the location and environment is nice

Cons:

The staff is fully aware that they advertise a pool but don’t have one available for use, which was the entire premise of my booking with them, very disappointed

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Be nice if there were packets of ketchup and salsa. Overall, good, especially for the price, very reasonable.

Great stay
Pros:

I had a great experience and the employee Tazz was super friendly. I'm a coffee drinker and he had breakfast and coffee right ontime. Much appreciated for the hotel breakfast and great stay.
