Great location and friendly service
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Santiago Park Plaza. The location is excellent, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The sauna was a great bonus and a nice way to relax after a ski day in the mountains.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some updates. The rooms are quite noisy and the interior feels a little dated. There were also very few power outlets in my room, with only one actually working. The fitness room is also quite limited and, with just a stepper and treadmill, I would not really consider it a fitness room. However, though, I had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

La ubicación

Cons:

La poca reposición de insumos(jabón, shampoo, bálsamo), recomiendo reponer todos los días cuando ven que estos se acabaron. Lo mismo con las toallas, si sacan alguna deberian reponerla.
