Staff was excellent. Hard to sleep because of the WiFi extender. The shower handle is a bit complex to use.
Pros:

It was in the heart of Condado so I would say that it was easy to move around.

Cons:

It was currently under renovation so the elevator did not work. It is hard to sleep since the WiFi extender has a bright blue light so the room could not be dark. I could not block it since it was way above the front door.

Inconvenient and stressful the entire stay.
Cons:

First day we came we never was told the area had a flood zone, our uber driver didn't drop us in front of the hotel they dropped us far away and we had to cross over from the holiday inn express across the street through their employee exit to come to the hotel. When we got in we were greeted and taken to the second building and had to walk through renovations to get to the second building when we got there the elevator was broken and my parents are older they can't walk up stairs there wasn't a sign that the elevator wasn't working. Once we got in our room we were greeted with compund dust from the construction and the balcony had view of the trash. We had to complain and finally got 2 rooms in the main building but my dad was having trouble breathing after inhaling all that dust, he has asthma and that wasn’t safe for him and then the elevator issue added on to the issue. That's not how we wanted to start our vacation and straight after a long flight. Our shower door in room 208 does not close and we also saw a roach in the shower, room was not properly cleaned. We took the elevator and got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes and we knocked yelled help and pressed the alarm button and no one came. We luckily had a little bit of service and got in touch with the front desk and they opened the elevator for us. Instead of apologizing or putting a sign saying the capacity, they just said u can't have more than 3 people in the elevator. Why would we do that if there wasn't a sign warning us this would be an issue ? Once again my older father is on this elevator with breathing issues and he was having trouble trying to catch a breath because he got very anxious. We are at our last night here and it was constant issues from the first day we checked in to the very end.

A nightmare!
Pros:

This hotel is located in an area where the Condado lagoon that is near, floods the surrounding streets and if you go out you can get your feet wet and if you park your car close it’ll be a mess to get to your car.

Also I couldn’t sleep because of the drilling noises because they’re in construction. A total nightmare and restless stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. AND THEY DONT CARE EVEN IF YOU EXPLAIN.

We had to book at the last minute, arrive late, stowbags the last day and all was met with help staff.
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate.

Cons:

They are updating so some areas were under construction (understandable)

Great experience
Pros:

David the manager help us with suitcases and also got me a room for practicing my horn
Thank you for going beyond for us
The front desk always very helpful
And the guys from the valet parking
Also ventana jazz right there!
And the restaurant staff and cooks

Cons:

Well the hotel is going through a major restoration
Lots of noise sometimes
But we understand the reason behind it
