This is a non-smoking property.

Pros:

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. I was told the $200 charge was a safety deposit in case of room damages, yet after leaving the room with no damage at all, they suddenly decided it was “non-refundable.” It has been over a month of trying to resolve this issue and I am still being ignored and given contradictory explanations.

Taking $200 from customers and refusing to return it despite no damages is completely unacceptable and extremely misleading. Customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful throughout the entire process.

I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend others be very careful before booking. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

Pros:

Tiene áreas muy bonitas y está cerca de otors hoteles, restaurantes entre otros

Cons:

No hay parking para la cantidad de vehículos que reciben , nos tuvimos quw estacionar en el parking de otro hotel, ya que este solo tiene espacio para cerca de 10 vehículos, aun cuando indican que tiene estacionamineto , la otra opción es estacionarte en la calle, bajo tu riezgo y disponibilidad

What a great vibe!
Pros:

I was skeptical dice reading some previous reviews but my husband was in town for business and wanted an IHG property. This hotel is adorable and has a great vibe! The retro/south beach feel is warm and inviting. The staff is so friendly and helpful at every turn! Mindy at the front desk had such a great personality and we instantly felt welcome! The hotel is clean and well kept…appears recently renovated. The pool area is tiny but it works!! The beach club (free chairs/umbrellas) is a short walk away and there’s plenty of cold drinks for sale nearby! My only wish was that the restaurant connected to the hotel made it easier to get pool refreshments. (the back door, which is directly off the pool deck was always locked and you’d have to walk all the way around through the front lobby.) Lastly, the restaurant food was great! We ate breakfast and lunch here and it was lovely. So overall a great boutique feel and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Jeffrey at the Condado Gastropub in the lobby was amazing! He made us the best pina colada and old fashioned we've ever had. He had great recommendations of things to see and do in the area. The lagoon view room with the balcony is a must!

Cons:

Could use some more shade at the pool as there is no breeze being in the middle of the buildings. The pool water was soapy. Must have just cleaned the tiles around it I'm guessing. Had to wait an hour past check in as the room wasn't finished being cleaned yet, but the concierge made up for it by giving us an extra voucher for the restaurant.

Pros:

מיקום מרכזי ,קרוב למסעדות ולחוף הים, יש ג׳קוזי עם מים חמים ובריכה נחמדה, על כל יום שהות מקבלים קופון של 25$ לקניית ארוחה בחדר אוכל של המלון שזה ממש מעולה.

Cons:

המזגן שבחדר מאוד מרעיש ומטפטף, לי אישית הטפטוף מאוד הפריע לישון, וגם אין חדרנית שמסדרת את החדר מידי בוקר.

Un soggiorno eccellente: posizione ideale, ampi spazi e servizi di qualità.
Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima, nel cuore della zona turistica di Condado; per me che viaggiavo da sola è stata una scelta perfetta e sicura. Ho apprezzato molto la camera, che era decisamente ampia, e la zona piscina sul terrazzo, che è davvero molto carina e d'atmosfera.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che migliorerei riguarda i lettini della piscina, che ho trovato decisamente scomodi. Per il resto, i servizi sono stati ottimi.
