It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were exceptional very good service. Efficient, friendly & polite.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have a spa sauna but that’s not a necessity.

Don’t stay here, what a silly place
Pros:

I was moved rooms 4 times. Then my watch went missing and was found in a bedroom apparently that I didn’t actually stay in.

Cons:

The staff are useless. Their customer service needs attention immediately along with common sense

Expect a lot more for the “Hyatt” name.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right next to darling harbour

Cons:

For the price I would expect a lot more. The bathroom has mold in the grout and silicon, and unfortunately there was hair on the walls of the shower that were not ours. (Hadn’t even had a shower yet). The phone in the room dosnt work & couldn’t order anything or ask for anything from the room. Had to go down stairs. The USB port on the power point dosnt work. Dings and chunks taken out on the door frame.

Pros:

Location and view was exceptional for Vivid. Daily room attendance was amazing. Check in and check out was very efficient. Most of all, the room was ready when we arrived EARLY, which was amazing

Cons:

This is not a Hyatt negative, more so, our stay negative....trying to enjoy the view, ambience and the open balcony door breeze, was hindered by 'guests below us smoking on their balcony' it was disgustingly pungent and it ruined our balcony experience....which is what we paid for!

Pros:

Very close walking distance to convience stores and such. Loved the rooftop bar so nice for a casual drink

Cons:

Dishes were left outside a room in the hallway for more than 24 hours outside other rooms. It seems room service doesn’t come back to collect for some time. There were also long queues on check in.
