Enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and efficient. The Zephyr bar was very good, staff were also helpful and friendly and the two tokens for cocktails appreciated.

Good location.
Pros:

Pros:

Location is good with walking distance to many city attractions.

Cons:

Room and facilities showing its age. Air condition is noisy and affect sleeping in the room. When approached , the Hotel rejected to change room. When requested for 2 additional blankets, only 1 was delivered. Overall does not match the 5 star hotel standard.
