Location. Club room. View . It was very easy to get a ferry or walk. Everywhere
I was charge 2 times for my stay. After getting home I realised. I had to call the email then sent statement doc. to them so they could check but after 3 days the money was returned. But that was not good enough.

The check in process could be improved. 1 staff member on - I then tried to self check in and found it a little confusing on how to get they card keyed. Another staff member finally come over and assisted.

Excellent choice for a short stay in Sydney CBD. Option for a Harbour View room provides great view of Darling Harbour. Well set up gymnasium and excellent breakfast. Staff all did a great job. Location is great - just a 15min walk to new Sydney Fish Markets as well as being close to CBD, and trains, ferries, and metro.
We didn't have any issue with our stay.
