Beautiful hotel, best located but experience was marred by concierge desk
Pros:

It is a perfect location with direct access to beach clubs and shopping strips. The hotel itself is stunning, reception is good but lacked giving us more details about mini bar in our room.

Cons:

The concierge was the poorest experience on the 1st and 2nd day of our stay. The person who was at the concierge desk was very unhelpful and uninterested in giving the typical details a hotel guest would normally ask. It is the poorest I have ever experienced with my broad travel experiences. Unfortunately we couldn’t take the name of the officer at the concierge. Importantly though, some people at the concierge desk were helpful but somehow it was already too late given the initial experience. I would rate the concierge 4/10

Cons:

1 chambre sur 2 réservé de disponible à notre arrivé (arrivé autonome avec boîte à clef) pas de clef dans la boites donc nous avons dormi à 4 dans 1 seule chambre.
Le lendemain j’explique à la réceptionniste le soucis, elle nous dit que nous sommes des menteurs

Great location and great rooms
Pros:

Location was excellent. Very central to beach and shops and restaurants. The beach club you have access to was great. Lovely staff and very comfortable.
The room was perfect.

Cons:

Some staff were rather rude and unhelpful. It took a senior manager to step in for what was a very simple piece of assistance needed. That said others were great like the valet on arrival. Couln't be more helpful. Outside staff were slow on service especially with breakfast.
