En milieu de sejour les femmes de ménage ont fait disparaître mon chargeur de téléphone portable et diverses documentations importantes pour crème solaire et autres ,je me suis plaint à la réception on m'a dit que je pouvais acheter un nouveau chargeur chez Carrefour!!!!
Le lendemain j'ai demandé à parler à un responsable,Jesus,sympathique, qui m'a fourni un nouveau chargeur mais aucune compensation notamment pour la perte de documentation... inadmissible pour un prétendu 4 étoiles
