Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit Herausforderungen für Hundebesitzer

Tolle Lage, tolles Gebäude.

Cons:

Die Regelung beim Frühstück für Hundesitzer ist etwas schwierig. Wie in den meisten Hotels, dürfen Hunde nicht in den Frühstücksraum. Soweit, so normal. Anders als in vielen anderen Hotels gibt es für Hundebesitzer allerdings keine separate Möglichkeit, das Frühstück einzunehmen (Terasse, Bar, Bibiothek etc.). Das Hotel schlug vor, den Hund im Zimmer zu lassen. Schlecht für die anderen Gäste, wenn der Hund mal bellen sollte. Somit hatten wir nur die Wahl zwischen getrennt frühstücken oder es zu riskieren, dass der Hund ggf. die Umgebung wachmacht…

I have never seen such bad service.

The only plus of this hotel is the beauty of the historic building and the location

Cons:

The room was dirty and smelled of cleaning chemicals too much. The window of the room looked directly onto the cafe area, and the window was broken and did not close tightly. Our car was driven away and returned by a hotel employee. On Saturday, when we left the hotel, our car was returned from the parking lot with an open window that did not close. The hotel employee gave us the car keys and left without offering any help.

Yes l liked this Hotel.... beautiful period building.... The Location is perfect. Right in centre of old Salamanca. Walking distance everywhere.
Plastic headboard l did not expect or like
Staff were warm and friendly
I Had tried in advance to book hotel parking 10days previously.They do not provide this service....done on first come first served basis. I was making an 8hr drive and wanted to book in advance. It was necessary to park in public car park 15min walk away.... not helpful after long drive. Could service provided be revised please.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación.

Cons:

Me parece que las instalaciones necesitan actualizarse ya que son un poco anticuadas y la relación calidad precio no es ajustada. Los pasillos estaban con l pintura caída por el paso del tiempo. Las habitaciones oscuras y el baño muy obsoleto.
