Pros:

Location was great and we managed to have an on site parking spot which is a bonus but a bit expensive- 70 Euros for 3 nights.
I thought the guy who met us when we arrived and our room wasn’t ready was great. He took bags off us and these were in the room when we came back later and our car was parked.
People on the desk were helpful and smiled and asked you how you were when you came in.
Fresh water every day and coffee caps also replaced.
Comfortable Bed.

Cons:

This is a bit hard but I went for a junior suite so expected something a bit better.
Firstly the room was on 2 floors with 12 stairs. It meant the two halves felt restricted and the downstairs lounge was dark. These seemed to be built as extensions over the underground garage.
The view from both aspects was very disappointing. You had the entrance to the car park, cars were parked directly outside the rooms and I complained that I hadn’t paid to look out of a window at the back of someone’s car. It was moved and angled away from our window but was then joined by 2 other cars making it feel like a car park.
The other aspects of the view was we looked out on to some bins and a line of air conditioning unis. We had just come from NH Hotel in Burgos where it felt more considered.
This place was ‘almost but not quite’!

Très mauvais hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Personnel très désagréable à l’accueil au Check in, pas un sourire, à peine un bonjour, incapable de regarder dans les yeux.
Il y avait une réception dans le lobby de l’hôtel toute la soirée et nous n’avons pas été prévenus, ni même été installé dans une chambre au calme, incroyable.
