Staff were very friendly
It is getting run down

The staff were friendly and the room was clean
I asked for extra towels ahead of time. And then still had to go to the front desk after wards to get them. The pillows were thin and need to be replaced. We used 5 and still had sore necks. And the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept all night.

Nous avions une réservation pour 2 personnes avec 1 chien, malgré un hôtel qui accepte les animaux, on nous a refusé l’entrée à cause du chien. Nous avons essayé de discuter avec la personne à l’accueil pour lui expliquer mais il avait strictement rien à faire et ne voulait absolument faire aucun effort et nous a carrément proposé de laisser le chien dormir dans la voiture. Une honte !!
Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence.
Si vous avez un animal surtout ne venez pas, on ne va pas vous laisser rentrer.
Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We travel with pets and that was not a problem at all. We were on the first floor with patio doors which was great for taking the dogs out.

The first room they gave me wasn’t even made up. Then when I got the new one they charged me 29$ more for it as I requested not to go back up stairs said could I stay on th first. She proceeded to say that this was a mistake as she didn’t mean to give me the wrong key. However first glance at my papers state that the room key she gave me corisponded with the keys she gave me
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and good enough to start the day. Hotel overall was clean.
First room was dated, bathroom sink had a big stain in it. Carpets were stained as well. When we complained about it, we moved to a renovated room right away which much bigger and very nice.
